Walking to the beach was awesome. Saw eagles, deer and seals. There are many thoughtful things in the cabin such as night lights, boots, toys and books. Could use a deep cleaning, carpet, tv and couch has seen its better days. Would appreciate curtains on the kitchen/dining side.Garbage was a little complicated. We enjoyed our stay and the peaceful location.

What a wonderful, homey place to stay on the peninsula. The SeaDance has everything you need for a weekday or weekend adventure at the coast. Located a few miles out of Long Beach on the beach side and a sandy walk to the waves. The home has a wood stove to take the chill off, an open kitchen and a living room with a large sectional couch. The home was clean and well equipped and the host was very helpful upon check-in.

The place is even better than the listing. Check in was way, there where several thoughtful touches like supplies to dig clams and bowls for visiting pets. The walk to the beach is very quick and easy.

House was very comfortable, lots of places to hang out. Beach was a bit away but walk was easy enough. I loved the fenced area for the dogs, and extra blankets to protect the couch from paws. Hot tub was a pleasant delight. Enjoyed a nice fire in the wood stove, on a rainy night. I will be back again.

Incredibly well-stocked cabin, even 2 bookcases full of great books. Ocean view, and a 5 minute walk to beach. Lovely art on every wall. Only downside was the beds, quite uncomfortable. Otherwise a really nice place.

Very secluded and peaceful. They have everything you need for your stay and all you have to do is bring your food and personal stuff. The place has a great homey feel that made us instantly comfortable. Yhe hot tub was not very warm but i think the peiple before us must not have showered off before use cause there was quite a bit of sand in it. Still a wonderful place to relax and watch the sunset. The wildlife is a huge plus! Really enjoyed watching the eagles! Highly recommend this place! We will definitely go back!

Visited the Long Beach peninsula to relax and do some bird-watching. This cabin is nestled close to the ocean shore but sits back enough to feel protected and cozy. Very well appointed cabin and super comfortable. We'll be back!

I feel lucky to have found this place on VRBO for the End of the World Rod Run weekend. The home is quaint, comfortable, and very well maintained, with ocean views and a private path to the beach. It offers everything you could want for a relaxing stay — a private hot tub, BBQ, and fire pit.Although attached to a larger home, it sits down a private driveway and feels peaceful and secluded. The owners were incredibly kind and easygoing — which was a blessing since we had an unexpected car issue that made a bit of a mess and required repairs.The surroundings are beautiful and very quiet. I slept like a baby here. All in all, I highly recommend this home for anyone planning a stay in or near Long Beach.

The cabin was comfortable, cozy, and incredibly well stocked with everything we could have possibly needed for a relaxing weekend getaway. The host has clearly thought about everything guests could need/want. Want to go to the beach? There's a backpack and a latern if it gets dark, and beach chairs outside. Need to entertain your dog? There's a leash and a ball thrower. Want to have a cozy night in? Help yourself to books, movies, and games.The location of the property was absolutely wonderful for getting away from it all. It was off the road enough that there was no traffic noise. It felt secluded while still being close to town and to some wonderful walking trails.

We enjoyed our stay tremendously. It is a relaxing and comfortable home. It is a short walk across the dunes to the beach. You can watch the sunset from the hot tub! At night it is dark enough to see the Milky Way in the night sky. It is a short drive into town where we enjoyed watching the kite festival, Communication with Nicole was easy and helpful. Everything we needed for our stay was at the house. Thank you so much!

Oceanfront Gem

The cabin is modern, warm, and cozy. The hosts provided everything we needed during our stay. The ocean is a short and easy walk thru the dunes and native plants. The path is maintained. Beautiful sunsets from the beach and the patio. Trails around the property to walk our pup.On the morning of our departure we saw a bald eagle at the edge of the dunes. The cabin has a telescope so that was fun to see closeup on our last day.
Our pup found a new friend.

Started off bad but ended up good.

This is not on the property owner in the end. We arrived and the house was not cleaned. We later found that the normal cleaning person was not available and they had to get someone else to do it and they hadn’t showed up. They showed up after we got there and we left for 2 hrs came back and it was still really dirty. Like poop on the toilet and nothing wiped down. We ended up having to clean everything ourselves. The property owner made it right in the end. The house is great and nicely secluded. All the amenities were perfect as well.

We loved this property. It is very well stocked in the kitchen...with spices and coffee fixings. The bathroom was also well stocked. The walk to the beach is private and very close, with amazing views of the sunset. From the art table, to the telescope...my grandson loved it. It was very dog friendly, which made the trip better for all of us. If you want a place off the beaten track and not in the busy town...but close enough to easily go...this is your spot.

Nice house and great hosts but it’s a little too far from the beach. You can’t see the ocean from the house. That is actually our only complaint. Otherwise it’s a very well maintained property and a nice guest house.

Peace and tranquility at the beach

This is a wonderful place to stay for a relaxing quiet vacation close to the beach and nature. It’s away from the hustle of the town of Long Beach without being too far for an easy visit. The kitchen is well equipped and includes a toaster oven and an espresso or specialty coffee along with the standard cooking equipment and utensils. There’s a smoker griddle outside that’s also very handy. It’s a short walk to the beach which is fairly secluded though you’ll notice that cars can legally access a large stretch of the beach. This is not a big detractor since the beach is so expansive. There’s plenty of room for everyone to coexist. As promised this cottage is quiet and in a beautiful setting. You can hear the waves crashing on the beach and you’ll see wildlife coming and going around the grounds. Bald eagles and other birds are everywhere and you can view them through a well placed spotting scope. The books, board games and local artwork adds a charm that you might not otherwise have in a VRBO. It’s cozy and has what you need without being ostentatious. The bedrooms are small but adequate and the bed was comfortable. There is a single full bathroom, which can be a bit challenging with two couples or a small family. Minor updates to a few things like bedroom carpets and a newer television would make it even better along with a correction of a few minor maintenance issues. It’s excellent to have a washer and dryer tucked away in the sunroom. We also loved that it’s dog friendly

Beautiful trip with the family

My wife and our two boys and our dog had a wonderful stay Nicole was very quick to respond to any questions we had and it was a beautiful stay with the ocean in just a short walk and the house had everything we needed even for our dog! I would definitely Recommend staying!

Quick Getaway to Longbeach WA

Great cottage with easy access to the beach. We loved our very peaceful and quiet time at SeaDance cottage. We saw a gorgeous eagle, osprey, lots of birds, and rabbits! Location was perfect as it was easy to get to the main part of the town, but far away enough that you did not have to deal with lots of people and traffic. Could not have asked for a better place to stay, with very attentive host - Nicole was quick to respond to questions, and I REALLY appreciated how clearly everything was marked in the house so it was easy to know what you were doing. Highly recommend this property!
