Relax in comfortable chairs with a 180-degree view of the boardwalk, beach and ocean. You may see sandcastles being built or kites flying or boats passing by. This property has two bedrooms with king beds and each with a bathroom. The kitchen is fully stocked and easy to cook while conversing with family and friends. The living room has plenty of room to gather and watch TV or just enjoy the view. There is a dining table to eat your meals or for playing games or doing puzzles. Get caught in the waves, you can hose off in front of the building and wash and dry your clothes in the privacy of your unit.
You are walking distance to town, restaurants, shops, movie theater, miniature golf, biking and horseback riding. You have the boardwalk and Discovery Trail yards in front of you. Rent a bike and ride on the beach or Discovery Trail. You may want to visit Marshes Museaum, Kite Museaum, or the Cranberry Museum.
There is beach combing, wild deer that visit the property, and when allowed a nice fire on the beach, at least 100 yards from the dunes.

Mana Kai exceeded our expectations. After clearing up a slight confusion with the property manager for accessing the property, we entered the property and were very pleased. The property manager promptly called us back with the correct directions for entry, she was very helpful. The bedrooms are ample size and the view of the dunes and surf in the distance was very relaxing and even were blessed with a visit from a doe and her 2 fauns in the grassy area behind the complex. The kitchen was open and had everything we could have possibly needed for our stay. Truly a great time.

The place is amazing. The view of the shore is picturesque, like something you would see in a romance film. You are close enough to open the windows at night and have the ocean waves rock you to sleep. The property is fully stocked with kitchen tools to cook with and the kitchen itself is large enough to be comfortable. The property even provided binoculars to take in the local flora and fauna.

We loved this condo! Perfect location, clean, and updated. The kids upstairs were a little noise one night, but it didn’t last too long. A mama deer and her fawns would come by looking for food. It was sad that they came routinely because guests had thrown food out for them so often. They were cute to look at. We hope to come back again next year!

This was a very nice property. The view was spectacular the house is well kept well organized and well stocked. The trail riding we came down to do was 3 blocks away and there was a really nice path out back that went right down to the beach.
