We found the cottage very rustic and quaint. There are a number of restaurants within walking distance. Horseback riding on the beach was wonderful. Unfortunately it was very rainy and cold while we were there.

Place was larger than expected and had a wonderful deck with a grill. Only thing noticeably missing in the kitchen was a coffee maker of any kind. Clean and comfortable, dog friendly. Close to the beach and boardwalk we would come again

Current coffee shop/bakery part of hotel and had good selection of food/drinks

Not only was the cottage spotlessly clean, it was well stocked to make your stay there comfortable and inviting. The fireplace was very efficient in warming the cottage and looked great, too. The bath products were wonderful, comfortable robes were provided and the shower was excellent. Dogs are very welcome and the front porch was generous in size. My dog loved sitting out there viewing the area. I liked being able to park right in front of the cottage. It was also wonderful having food and drink options at the property.

Jenny at the front reception was excellent - warm and welcoming and full of great info too! We loved the fireplace in room and the space in generally - so close to everything and a lovely 2 -3 block walk to the beach! Cute kitchen - we cooked a eal there and had everything we needed. The deep tub would be great for baths but was scratched up which wasn't as inviting.

I loved the location, so close to beach, restaurants,movies and coffee. The cafe served delicious pastries and cookies which was wonderful for an afternoon treat or morning start. It is a pet friendly location, but even so, no loud dogs barking and the room was clean and no evidence of prior pets. Also parking right outside the room. If you need a pet friendly location close to all that Longbeach Wa.has to offer, this is a good choice. The rooms are small and I would have liked a coffee maker in the room, but ultimately it was what a good fit for a two day get away with my pet.
