Carpet needs a deep clean. The room is tired, and the noise at night is a joke! Doors banging, running up and down the stairs, loud talking at all hours. Zero consideration for other guests. I will say the hotel is conveniently placed though, and near the train station, local high street for food, drinks and basic shops.

I made my reservations online . When I got to the hotel , the rooms do not look like what's shown in the pictures . Then they are asking for payment to be paid in cash , even though it's been booked online with credit card. The pillows are so flimsy and flat like a pancake. They don't even provide toiletries.

Two stars. This is because I actually stayed at the Park Hotel, which was 2 stars. Rather than tell me that the room was under maintenance before time, they told me when I turned up for the room. Without asking for consent, they'd booked me into 'their sister hotel', the Park Hotel 5 mins drive away from where I'd wanted to be. This shouts of a scam using the 3 star at a decent price, as a front for filling out their unused rooms in lesser establishments. I will be complaining further.

It was ok for the price we paid but the hotel can improve by making subtle changes like providing more pillows because when we asked for pillows they had none.Also more toilet paper needs to be provided.Parking is an issue too.

the staff were very helpful , the hotel is only 2 minutes from the Ilford Station to the Elizabeth line so was very easy getting into Central London even with the transit strike going on
