The room was more than ok. It was cleaned daily. The breakfast was excellent. The bathroom was very chilly .
I booked this hotel expecting it to be close to London. The hotel itself is a clean, quiet hotel room with a private bed as well as a bathroom. Unfortunately, the hotel is 35 minutes from anywhere I'd consider London. The city of ilford is quaint and friendly, but I spent so much money on cabs to locations that I would not recommend his hotel, solely because of the location. The staff and hotel were quality. So the 3/5 has nothing to do with them. Just realize if you're coming to London for sightseeing, the travel time and bills will pile up since it is quite far from civilization.
