"The staff and bartender were excellent and very welcoming, which we truly appreciated. Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the hotel was extremely poor and very disappointing. Our room was disgustingly dirty with stains throughout, and there were plumbing issues that caused water to leak all over the floor. Based on the condition of the room, I would give zero stars for cleanliness."
