Staff was lazy and not helpful when I had problems. There was a homeless woman in a tree outside my second story room listening to videos loudly on her phone (I know that sounds nuts, but it happened). Staff didn’t take care of it, but thankfully she finally left. Then after check out I was charged for almost $20 of items from the hotel’s market-I went out and got food; I didn’t get anything from their market. I won’t be staying here again.

The room was clean. We had no complaints at all. There was a fridge and microwave which is always appreciated. Breakfast was pretty standard for a hotel, but was good. The bigger potatoes weren't cooked thoroughly, but the ham was really tasty. My family really enjoyed the waffles. The staff was fantastic!
