Features granite countertops, newer flooring, fixtures and stainless steel appliances with onsite laundry and swimming pool. The pool will open May 26th. At this time the pool heater is not working so it will be cold. The HOA is working on bids and options for pool heating.
The condo is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and space to spread out with 2 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a coffee maker, an ironing board, and a dining table.

You are essentially renting a place that’s in an apartment building or condo set up. From the outside is not that attractive, but the apartment itself has everything you would need, was clean and the location is excellent for shops, restaurants, downtown and USU. We found that parking around the back of the building was closer to the actual apartment. Overall, we liked it!

I was looking for a place ot stay for a couple of days while visiting my son at USU. The place was clean and not too far away. It had everything I needed for just one person. There were two bedrooms, but my son decided to stay in his dorm instead. I was able to walk to downtown. The host always responded quickly to answer questions.

We had a great stay and this condo was perfect for our Thanksgiving in Logan. The host was welcoming and gracious and reached out several times. The condo is new and well kept and very clean! The building is older, but the space has clearly been renovated. The location was great and we could walk to stores and restaurants. It was nice to have two parking spaces so our USU students could come and go.

Excellent condo. Very nice, newly updated. One of the nicest ABNB we’ve stayed in, in Logan. The outside of the condo is older but the inside is very nice. Warm atmosphere and cozy. Highly recommend. We will definitely stay again. Dave, our host immediately responded to our one question. 5 star stay!
