Great room and service. Very historical.

At these prices you'd get free breakfast at the Drury chain. It's located next to the Alamo and River Walk, but so are other options in the same price range with all the extra amenities that come with such prices. The room was clean and comfortable. Parking is only valet, which is unfortunate, but expected. The on site tavern and café are too pricy for the quality, so just walk off to the shops or River Walk. Ultimately, I'd stay with a better known chain, unless you just have to stay somewhere named after David Crockett.

This is a wonderful resort. The lazy river is great!

Very peaceful, outdoors area was well maintained. Checked in, stayed for 2 nights, and checked out without ever seeing an employee of Meyers Inn - kinda unsual in the way that happened, but all good!

I'm not a fan of the time share aspect of this property. I forgot about these places when I booked. I really just wanted a nice hotel with proper amenities. Instead you get a really nice place that wants to sell you a timeshare with zero dining options.
