After reading reviews about lots of noise, after making my booking, i contacted the hotel before i arrived and requested a room at the rear of the hotel. They were very accommodating and we had a room as requested. We got an excellent price on the room, so although on the smaller size, at such a great price it exceeded my expectations. The cage like wardrobe was weirdly in the middle of the room but maybe im not trandy enough to appreciate the styling. TV didnt work on arrival but was soon sorted out. Staff were all very friendly and gave excellent service. I would stay again.

Nice clean new hotel , room was great but wouldn’t stay again due to its location very busy area with clubs and bars all around you , music being played until 5am got very little sleep .

Arrived to find two staff members inspecting our room. Within 20 minutes another staff member let themselves in to our room. Whilst apologies were made on both occasions north exactly what you expect. The room was immaculately clean, staff were friendly and helpful. However, the noise at night was unbearable, the room had balcony doors which didn’t seem to prevent any noise reduction from the night club across the road. Would suggest you ensure a room at the back of the hotel and on a higher floor - or replace the doors with triple glazed windows! Shame as hotel and staff was very nice. Breakfast in Mason’s was excellent and would recommend you prebook to get the discount.
