Upon arrival to check in they informed me that the booking was canceled and that they informed Expedia. Expedia has no idea, and after almost a hour of wait, they rushed us into another apartment that was awful, as I was in the street in the winder cold and had no chance to look it up. Ended up missing our day plans and expensive LFC Hospitality booking.

The location is great! Near to the port and street, shopping malls and lots of restaurants are just all 10 minutes walk! This is my second time to stay at Cove Paradise. And luckily I got a room upgrade this time! Rooms are clean and amenities are good. Just the parking space is a little expensive. But overall I think I must will visit again.

Clean rooms. Very good location in the shopping district. Very convenient parking. Staff member at reception was ok. Rooms were quite sterile and spartan but it was fine for a one night stop. I would stay again though.

Amazing property. Visited with my partner and dad. We had booked the one bed apartment with sofa bed but they upgraded us to a 2 bedroom which was so kind of them. The staff were really friendly and interested in what we were doing during our stay. Location was perfect right in the centre and writhing walking distance to most things. We definitely stay here again and recommend to others

Lovely welcome by friendly and efficient staff. Room was beyond my expectations and spotlessly clean. Beds were extremely comfortable with lovely bedding and good quality pillows. Soaps etc provided were of good quality and smelt divine. Overall a lovely stay and look forward returning in July.

Great location for shopping bars etc. Staff super helpful. Our apartment was looking a tired in the bathroom and kitchen worksurface chipped, oven racks didn't fit but the fantastic location and great staff made up for any maintenance issues
