Ok place if you want to stay close to attractions

It is a very small apartment but I knew that already. The location is great to simply walk to many of the attractions in Lisbon but it can also be a noisy area (not a problem for me, just saying). The sofa-bed is not comfortable for sleeping but I was also so tired that didn't care. Nice desk to work but uncomfortable plastic chair. Excellent internet. After I was given the key, the owners never followed-up to check if I needed anything.

Nice neighbourhood, shame about the apartment

This apartment is very small. The bedsheets for the sofa bed had not been cleaned. The hot water did not work the first day, but they did come and fix this for the second day. The listing said there would be a TV in the apartment, but there was not. The banister to the bedroom upstairs is broken and dangerous, and there was a nail on the floor!

Location was awesome. Walking distance for everything. Very safe place. Pretty clean. Very helpful people. I'll stay here again when I come.

The good, the bad and the undecided

Very disappointed with our choice of accommodation. Cheap yes! Studio for two, not enough crockery for two, a single bed with a pull out bed and not the double we expected. The bed was broken. The shower hose leaked badly. No plugs for sink. No water to building on our last day. Could not even flush the loo. On a positive the fridge worked well. Would we recommend it. You get what you paid for and we managed. Enjoyed Lisbon but the accommodation needs some attention, TLC which would make it so much better.

Esperienza modesta. Personale gentile e ben disposto a risolvere problemi (a noi ha prenotato il taxi alla mattina presto). Ambiente spartano (tre rampe di scale in legno ripide per arrivare). La WiFi non funzionava (poi l'abbiamo fatto notare e ha ricominciato a funzionare). Bagno senza finestra. Camera pulita. Letti comodi. La TV non c'era. Frigo/lavastoviglie e forno a microonde funzionanti. Zona silenziosa. Il centro Ăš facilmente raggiungibile sia a piedi che con i mezzi.

Une galĂšre pour la remise des clĂ©s ( plusieurs interlocuteurs ,1h30 d’attente pour obtenir enfin les clĂ©s ) AccessibilitĂ© fortement dĂ©conseillĂ© pour les personnes ĂągĂ©es car cage d’escalier Ă©troite - voisinage bruyant ( entre chien et travaux dans la rue ) - Ă©quipement pas adaptĂ© ( cabine de douche xxs - Ă©vier cuisine XXs- mobiliers dĂ©tĂ©riorĂ©s - frigo givrĂ©s - forte chaleur sous les toits - parquets cloutĂ©s dĂ©passant , attention les pieds !...) ... pour passer un sĂ©jour avec des piĂšges Ă  rats au quatre coins de l’appart , surtout n’hĂ©sitez pas !! L'unica cosa positiva Ăš che come comoditĂ  e vicino al percorso de tram28...la stanza Ăš diversa da quella del catalogo ,presa da una angolazione che sembra piu grande,odore molto sgradevole e non si puĂČ aprire la finestra dato che Ăš sulla strada in un seminterrato..senza grata..la ragazza che mi ha accolto carina ma con fretta.. divano letto per una persona il secondo letto si avvicina ma scomodo..consiglio a persona senza molte pretese..

Para no repetir.

La localizaciĂłn es inmejorable. Barrio Alto cerca de miradores, bares, restaurantes,... El precio era sospechosamente bajo... Hasta que llegas allĂ­ y ves el lugar. Es un edificio con tres apartamentos. El nuestro estaba arriba. Era MINÚSCULO. Tanto que al abrir el sofĂĄ - cama no quedaba espacio para pasar. Cuando tirĂĄbamos de la cadena del water el olor que salĂ­a era tan nauseabundo que tenĂ­amos que abrir la ventana para no vomitar. La escalera de subida es tan empinada que resulta MUY peligrosa. Y a nadie se le ha ocurrido poner una barandilla... Y, por si todo Ă©sto fuese poco, se me cayĂł un extintor que estaba al lado del sofĂĄ en plena cara mientras dormĂ­a... Resumiendo, no volverĂ­a allĂ­ ni aunque me dejen alojarme gratis. Es con diferencia el peor sitio en el que he estado jamĂĄs!!!

Le personnel d'accueil est trĂšs sympa. Mais si vous voulez dormir, changer d'endroit parce que les autres studios ne prennent pas en respect votre sommeil (3h40 du matin). Fumer et boire en bas de la fenĂȘtre et vous engoler parce que vous demander gentillement un peu de silence, etc

Posizione ottima, proprietari di casa gentilissimi e disponibili. L’alloggio, un seminterrato, ù molto piccolo e andrebbe messo a posto, specialmente il bagno ha la cornice della porta che si stacca, l’asse del water rotto e ogni volta che si fa la doccia si allaga il bagno. Sicuramente struttura da migliorare ma ottima per un soggiorno low cost senza troppe pretese.

Cheap place to stay

Great location, walking distance to many touristic places. The two ladies checked me in were amazing, great hospitality, thanks! About the accommodation: well, there are a lot of things need to be improved. It's very small, at least you could paint the walls and the ceiling, there is a huge stain after leakage and the walls are dirty. The bed was not really confortable. The wifi which is very important nowdays was super slow during all my stay. It's cheap but still bellow the standard. After taking shower the bathroom's floor is full of water. The accommodation doesn't woth more than 30 euro per night in high season.

Appartement trÚs bien situé

Nous arrivons vers les 10h Ă  l'adresse indiquĂ©e (c'est un WE) .Porte close, mais nous nous y attendions car le RDV Ă©tait Ă  15h.Nous tĂ©lĂ©phonons au n° de l'agence .Pas de rĂ©ponse et laissons un message .AprĂšs une attente de presque 1h sans rĂ©ponse ,nous dĂ©cidons donc de partir pour visiter un peu les alentours (avec nos valises ce qui n'est pas trĂšs facile surtout avec les nombreuses cotes ).A 15 h retour Ă  l'appartement ou InĂ©s trĂšs aimable nous attend .Nous lui expliquons notre dĂ©sagrĂ©ment et nous explique qu'elle nous a envoyĂ© un message la veille que nous n'avons jamais reçu. Concernant notre jour du dĂ©part nous lui indiquons que nous souhaitons partir avant 11 h le jeudi suivant .Nous donnant l’adresse de l'agence Goodtimehome situĂ©e quelques rues plus loin ,elle nous indique qu'il n'y a aucun problĂšme pour y laisser nos bagages .Ce jour du dĂ©part ,nouveau dĂ©sagrĂ©ment En effet l'agence Gootimehome est fermĂ©e et ne rĂ©pond pas aux 2 n° de tĂ©lĂ©phone inscrits sur la porte de l'agence Nous ne recevrons d'ailleurs aucun retour aux messages laissĂ©s sur rĂ©pondeur.Nous sommes donc contraints encore une fois de passer la journĂ©e en trainant nos bagages MalgrĂ© le fait d'avoir passer un trĂšs bon sĂ©jour Ă  Lisbonne et d'avoir trĂšs apprĂ©cie l'appartement , nous tenons a prĂ©ciser que cotĂ© accueil par Goodtimehome cela est TRÈS MAUVAIS.

bonjour, arrivĂ© vers 15h devant l'hĂŽtel pas de rĂ©ception ?!...c'est un passant trĂšs serviable qui a tĂ©lĂ©phonĂ© (en portugais) au n° indiquĂ© sur notre rĂ©servation...merci . Un quart d'heure plus tard un monsieur trĂ©s aimable venait nous remettre les clĂ©s. logement situĂ© Ă  1/4h de marche du centre piĂ©tonnier et prĂ©s de l'arrĂȘt du tram n° 28
