This hotel is just outside the centre of Lisbon. The metro is just outside around the corner with just a short ride for all touring needs. I found this hotel to be very quiet and comfortable. I would recommend it for a leisure stay in Lisbon

Excellent hotel. The facility is new. Hotel is very well kept. Room is very clean and spacious. Very good location. Easily to walk to shopping places, and restaurants. Short walking distance to downtown. Metro and bus are around corner. Staffs are excellent... very helful and friendly. Strongly recommend this hotel in Lisbon. Definitely will stay this hotel again next time in Lisbon

Excellent hotel

Excellent hotel, the staff were very friendly, the rooms were exceptionally clean, in fact the whole hotel was… it’s also very modern with great decor especially if you love music. There’s a metro stop less than one minute away which was very convenient. Would highly recommend this hotel

The wallpaper at the pool was quite faded compared to the photos. The stereo system in the rooms were very quiet and I felt my phone was louder. They use a very strong scent in the hallways, kind of smells like a men’s cologne. The staff were great and helpful, great location as its walking distance to everywhere, everything was pretty clean. In the early morning depending on traffic noises you may hear a little bit but the windows are sealed great. The room becomes pitch black as there is a window shutter.

We loved how close and convenient this accommodation was. We were on a 5 week holiday touring the UK and Europe and this accommodation was one of our favorites. Loved the pool, location, shower, rooms and especially the buffet breakfast!!

Fantastic hotel pool is an added bonus especially during the hot months. Rooms are spacious and very clean. Housekeeping was exceptional and nothing was too much trouble. Hotel is in a very good location with easy access to the underground.

The HF fenix music is a gem of a hotel with the added advantage of a roof top pool and bar - the staff are beyond helpful and the breakfast is fantastic. It is right next to the metro which is so easy to use

Went for an old boys' weekend, we always try and choose a good hotel with plenty of facilities. This hotel is reasonably well situated but not as near the centre of Lisbon as we had thought. It looks like a typical concrete monstrosity from the outside but is however very clean and modern with very friendly and efficient staff. We spent some time at the rooftop bar! A good bar with excellent bar staff!! The only moan is that the so called swimming pool is really only for a dip and there are no sunbeds, the area is too small and we therefore did not use the pool. The hotel is a good 20 minute walk from the town centre and restaurants, etc. We would all recommend it however.

The hotel and staff are very good and helpful. A few things under the bed looked like hadn’t been hoovered for a long time but rest of the room was clean. Also it’s called the music hotel but there is no music! Foyer and hotel are deadly silent can hear a pin drop! Asked management why there is no music to be told orders from above have told them not to play any music as they were getting complaints from guests. I cannot understand who stays in a music hotel and then complains about music. The Spotify connection to the speakers in the room is so quiet that it cannot be heard ended up playing music on my mobile as it was louder. All in all good hotel excellent staff and very helpful, but was lacking music and atmosphere
