I normally to write feedback, but this time it is different. Arrived one hours before check-in time, they didn’t allow had to wait until check in time which is fine. But the room wasn’t ready at the check-in time too. The shower in the room didn’t draining the water, I normally take a quick shower and consume very little water. The water was coming out of the bathroom to the bedroom area. I informed the reception about the water drainage issue, he immediately said it is my fault because I booked an accessible room and the showers are designed that way without doors, I explained it has nothing to do with the doors, the issue is with the drainage system. Unfortunately, he insisted that it isn’t fault and can’t do anything. I explained that I don’t want you to change my room, I’m here for the short time leaving early morning but want to let you know that there is a problem with the bathroom, and I believe it is a safety concern to the customers and would damage the floor and walls of the room. At the end he suggested to give me extra towers to lay them on the bathroom floor to absorb the water. Only one lady at the reception was smiling and helping and was trying to find solutions. The other one were unfriendly and very stubborn.

The room was very loud from the Traffic in the street and the room was very, very smal. You can't Take a Seat at the Table snd no space for suitcases in the room. No furnitures on the balcony, therefore noch usable. The breakfast was ok, but the filling was bad.

The receptionists were very friendly and helpful. We had an early flight so the hotel offered us a take away breakfast. The breakfast was good with a lot of variety. Very convenient location next to a metro station and a supermarket. The only complaint was the bed that was so lumpy.

Very good stay

All the clocks in the reception area and the breakfast area were wrong. That is just laziness! The orange juice was cheap and fake. Portugal has the best oranges in the world, please make natural juice. There was some mould in the bottom corner of the shower and the toilet was dripping all night! Besides that everything was great. The room was spotless, bed was super comfortable and all the staff were nice and helpful. The breakfast was good, maybe could do with a bit more variety, but all the food was fresh and tasty. We would definitely stay there again if we go back to Lisbon. And we would recommend.

My friend and I had a terrible experience at this hotel from the moment we arrived. We arrived late evening our first night and checked in (it was a smooth check-in) but when we got to the room and attempted to connect to the wifi, it kept cutting in and out. When we informed the front desk, they simply responded with telling us to restart our phones and stated “well everyone else’s is working”.. very poor customer service. It is a noisy spot, you can hear the metro/subway underneath the building. We slept with a sound machine and could still hear it. That next morning when I showered, I noticed black mold all over the shower/walls/and ceiling of the bathroom. When we informed front desk they said they would have house cleaning take a look and “try” to move us rooms. We refused to be retuned to that room and informed them no guest should be staying in that room. We went about our day, and upon return they had switched us room, however the room was very subpar again. Dirty bathrooms, grimy and unacceptable presentation. We also tried to get a late checkout on our last day due to a late train to Porto and they said “we cannot accommodate this we are fully booked” despite there being rooms available online for that same night. Not happy with my stay here and I would not recommend to anyone that you stay at this hotel.

Hotel is conveniently across the street from the subway, which we found amazingly easy to use. Excellent breakfast was included. Our room was spotless. Staff member who checked us in was brusque and not friendly, but other than that we had a pleasant stay.
