We enjoyed a fantastic stay at Lincoln City celebrating my husband’s birthday with our daughter, her S.O., and our grandson. We had a beautiful view of the ocean. The hot tub was a big hit! The kitchen was well supplied with everything we needed and had plenty of room to navigate and seat our party of 5. The sofa bed was comfortable for an adult. The toilets were low so one of our family members with mobility issues could have used handrails to assist him. It was nice to have the covered garage parking to keep us out of the wind and rain the last 2 days of our stay. Although the condo could use some fresh paint on the trim and one of the twin beds squeaked quit a bit, we would stay again.

The apartment’s location is truly a 10/10. It’s right on the first row to the beach, with easy access—just a 5-minute walk either north or south. It’s also within walking distance to Highway 101, which offers great food options and shopping.The hosts were incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay, addressing every request or concern promptly. We had a wonderful experience and would absolutely stay here again the next time we plan a beach vacation.

What a perfect little corner unit with all of the amenities you need and perfect location and short distances for restaurants and grocery store. Easy access to beach and great view of ocean. It was nice listening to the sea while relaxing inside too!

Great stay! We love this condo property. Early morning walks on the beach with a stop at the local bakery followed by a day full of fun and a soak in the hot tub at sunset! This condo was light, bright, clean, and comfortable! Swivel chairs so can enjoy the view or conversation and a large enough table for games or a meal. We will be back!

We had a great stay! The space was clean and check in was easy. The kids room was dark which was perfect for our toddler. The spa was a nice treat on the chilly evenings! Washer and dryer in unit. The only thing I didn’t have that would have been nice is Tupperware for leftovers. We didn’t have anything to store them in. Small thing but we absolutely loved this unit!!!

We could not get either treadmill to turn on. We couldn’t get fireplace to turn on. The instruction manual was difficult for us to find info. Why not just print one for the unit? The place was quiet, clean and the location is great

Awesome stay for our college reunion

My two best friends and I stayed here to celebrate our 25th college reunion. It was perfect. Cozy, amazing view, hot tub was awesome. We enjoyed morning and evening walks on the beach, grilled fresh Alaska salmon on the patio, and had the best time. The only downside was that all three of us had to go outside the condo to call our families. No connection while inside even though we were connected to WiFi. One of us from AK, one lives in WA, one in OR, all with different carrieriers but we all had the same issue. Kind of a bummer to have to go outside the front door in your jammies at midnight to say goodnight to your kiddos who called to say hello. Would totally rent again though!

Highly recommend

We stayed here over 4th of July. Very clean place with washer and dryer, full fridge and freeer, stove/oven/microwave with available cooking ware and utensils. Comfy beds and it even had some board games and books available. Can’t beat the private hot tub on the balcony. Also a great view down overlooking the beach. My only thing to bring attention to is it’s a little walk to where you have access to stairs that take you down to the beach. Other than that and not knowing that detail when I booked, I have no other complaints! Their communication was great and the kids loved the indoor pool!

Beach getaway

Brought my parents and sister for a few nights. Beautiful view from patio! My sister is recovering from a broken leg and my mom has mobility issues, this was perfect! Easy in and out, no stairs. Very clean!

Fantastic stay

We had a fantastic stay at this property! The views were stunning, and the location couldn’t be better—just a short walk to the beach, tide pools, stores and even a phenomenal local bakery. We had a blast flying kites too. The host was incredibly responsive and genuine, which made our experience even better. You won’t be disappointed staying here!
