Lexington - Salisbury Vacation Packages

The stay was fine; we rested comfortably. The attention of the cabin maintenance guy was excellent, but the attention from the office staff was not good. If the customer has a need, they should not worry about mobilizing the staff. We arrived for a peaceful rest, but we had a stressful time waiting for the Wi‑Fi signal to connect. They need to improve that service because, as a customer, we also wanted to watch a program, and it was very stressful not having any signal to watch the TV. Everything else was fine.

Rachel at the front desk was so friendly and really paid attention to detail! She was very informative and very helpful! The hotel was very clean and comfortable. We will definitely plan to stay here again! Breakfast was delicious with multiple options to eat! Pricing was good also
