The desk staff, with the exception of the one young man working was horrible. Treated you like you were bothering them. I took exception with the “$15 daily parking fee” due to the fact that several online sites providing info stated “free parking”… it wasn’t AFTER I booked that I found out by looking at reviews that there was a daily parking fee! (I have examples from online sources stating “free” parking and I WILL dispute that charge with my CC Co. Fountains in the lobby area not working, the outdoor and indoor landscaping was horrible. Dead plants all knocked over. Dirty, stained carpets in the lobby. The curtains in my room had thread bare spots in them. Was assigned a room on the first floor that barely had hot water. The bathroom was SUPPOSE TO BE a handicap setup. No way, was absolutely the SMALLEST bathroom I’ve EVER had in a hotel. The “free” breakfast was an omelette (not bad).. however, everything else on the buffet was COLD! The “reception” happy hour in the evening was bottom shelf (complimentary) alcohol. The blond bartender needs to find another job! It was THE WORST hotel experience of my life and I totally feel ripped off. Just tear it down and build a new complex. For the high price, certainly expected a LOT more. This place SUCKS! DON’T STAY HERE!!!!

I loved the costumer service. the cooks, servers and bar tenders are efficient, friendly, work as a team. amazing costumer service. I loved the breakfast bar with option for cooking special items like ommeletes, avocado toast, other. nice surprise to find happy hour option. I will definatly come back

We spent 5 days at the hotel and housekeeping didn’t come once. The bathroom grout in the shower and the floor were filthy and we had hair and crumbs in all of our drawers. One of the large planters on the way to our room was full of random trash that stayed exactly the same the entire stay. The staff were friendly but the hotel is really run down and dated.

We have stayed in this Hilton 3 times over the last many years. The last time was when we brought my mom back to Kentucky for her final time. We have also stayed in Hilton Suites in other states. We have stayed in many other hotels in many states. The Hilton in Lexington is the only place that charges for parking in their parking lot. There is little around, so I can not think (other than guest) would park there!

The property is very nice except for I did not like the mattress on the beds it was like springs in the mattress. Felt like 70’s style bed. Other than that no complaints.

Very Unsatisfied Customers Who Demand a Refund!

Hello, my name is Jeffery Dorsey. My wife and I were staying at the Embassy Suites by Hilton Lexington/UK Coldstream under itinerary number 72065793848508. We encountered multiple bed bugs in our original room (#212) late on September 7th. Although the staff moved us to another room, we were very uncomfortable remaining at this property for health and safety reasons. We were never offered the opportunity to speak with upper management, nor accomodated of our request for a room at another location. This has caused us major inconvenience as we were here for a wedding, and my wife was very upset and uncomfortable staying there. We were severely sleep deprived. We have already documented the incident and communicated it through the Hotels.com portal. At this point, we would like this escalated to a manager who can authorize a refund. We were not comfortable remaining at the Embassy Suites but we had to anyway because no one contacted us nor offered a different location. We never felt valued as a customer. We had to request for fresh linens the next day when our expectation was that fresh linens are provided daily. Ultimately, there was no sense of urgency to address our immediate concern anout the bed bugs nor were we satisfied with the quality of customer care provided.
