Panoramic view and cozy atmosphere for this villa in Creole style

The villa is located about 600 m from the village of Anses d'Arlet in a quiet residential area.
Its dominant position (120 m above sea level) offers a panoramic view of the Caribbean sea, the hills and the town. It benefits from a refreshing natural ventilation.
It has three rooms with sea view, each with its own bathroom and toilet.
The quality of the materials used (wood red tropical, Cumaru, swimming in natural stone, travertine, onyx ...) and its Creole-inspired style make this a charming place to especially pretty decoration.
Built in 2016, this villa has a complete and modern equipment (computer, wifi, bluetooth stereo, LED lighting with dimmer, safe code etc.).
Snorkeling kits (decathlon technology) are freely available to the occupants (children and adults) to allow them to better take advantage of the wealth of the seabed (while reducing their suitcases), and visit the turtle who elected home in 5 bays that includes our little village whose authenticity and quality of the sites are a must in Martinique.
The house has a private parking. It is possible to access to the steps or drive to load more easily unload luggage or shopping (the slope is steep, however).
Stays are marketed from late October 2016, the finishing touches are underway. The series of pictures online will soon be completed (kitchen, bathroom).

Ultimate paradise!

We’ve stayed in a lot of places while travelling
this is now our favourite place!! The house was fantastic, well equipped and so lovely with the covered patio and pool..the view of the town was incredible..the pictures can’t do it justice.. a lovely quiet area..diving and nearby restaurants were wonderful

We loved our 2-week stay. The view is just sublime - spent a long time staring out and watching the birds, all so beautiful. The villa itself is great too - really roomy and felt like a home-from-home. The climb up from the village is extremely steep, you need to be able-bodied to talk it, but all worth it for the incredible view. Laurent, who helps manage the villa, was great - really friendly and available to help with any questions, plus he sorted out our airport taxis and hire car via the lovely Fred. We also walked to Grand Anse d’Arlet, the next bay, a few times (about 40 mins in total) and loved it there - made a change from the village beach and had a good choice of restaurants (we particularly loved Kalua). Also so many great beaches to see if you have a car.

Alles bestens. Tolles Haus mit schönem Ausblick. Man kann einiges unternehmen. Retaurants, BÀcker und kleine LÀden sind in der NÀhe. Auch frischen Fisch gibt es jeden Tag bei den Fischern zu kaufen. Strand und Palmen-alles da. Auch wer sich Botanik, Historie und/oder Rum ineressiert kommt auf seine Kosten.

Superbe vue et emplacement

Vue imprenable, dont on ne se lasse pas, sur un des plus beaux villages de la Martinique. La montée à pied au retour de la plage peut sembler intimidante au départ, mais il ne faut pas la craindre (et aprÚs tout il y a la piscine à l'arrivée...;-) ).

10 jours formidables !

Nous sommes venus passĂ©s 10jours dans cette incroyable villa avec deux couples d’amis et 3 enfants en bas Ăąge. Cette maison est juste parfaite, dĂ©corĂ©e avec goĂ»t, une vue dont on ne se lasse jamais Ă  couper le souffle, et une piscine top ! Le bourg des anses d’arlet est Ă  5 min en voiture et nous avons adorĂ© cet endroit plein de charme. Les plages des anses d’arlet sont trĂšs belles et point non nĂ©gligeable : snorkelling avec des fonds marins magnifiques et des tortues Ă  quelques mĂštres dans l’eau (et tout le matĂ©riel de snorkelling est dispo dans la villa) SincĂšrement, allez-y les yeux fermĂ©s. DĂ©jĂ  envie d’y retourner. Un tout petit point nĂ©gatif : il n’y a pas de moustiquaires sur les lits
