Un accueil plein de soleil !

Parlons du logement en tant que tel :Points positifs :- la terrasse et sa vue- la climatisation - la superficie Points négatifs :- la propreté - la salle de bain - la vétusté de certains équipements Pour ce qui est de l'accueil, rien à dire si ce n'est que Daniel et son épouse ont été charmants et chaleureux. Nous sommes ravis de les avoir rencontré et d'avoir pu échanger avec eux.Leur logement est au-dessus de l'appartement mais à aucun moment cela n'a été une gêne, ils sont discrets et respectueux.Merci encore de nous avoir accueilli.

Super emplacement mais basique pour le reste

Le logement est fonctionnel avec les équipements de base,un peu juste en vaisselle pour une famille de 5 ( un seul saladier par exemple). L’emplacement a une vue juste incroyable sur Petite Anse. Par contre, effectivement les soirées chez Fredo sont animées le week-end! Les propriétaires habitent juste au-dessus mais ils ne nous ont pas adressé la parole de la semaine : accueil fait par leur fille ( minimum syndical : elle a ouvert des yeux comme des soucoupes quand on lui a demandé une recommandation de restaurant ), pas d’apéro de bienvenue pourtant annoncé , suite à une coupure de courant, personne n’est venu nous voir, nous n’avons donc pas eu de wifi pendant la moitié de notre séjour… nous nous sommes longuement demandé si nous avions dit ou fait quelque chose qui leur avait déplu! On a vu le propriétaire le dernier jour où de son balcon il nous mettait la pression pour que l’on parte bien à l’heure ( alors qu’à l’arrivée ils avaient décalé la disponibilité du logement de 2h) Bref, un logement que nous ne recommandons pas spécialement.

Bel emplacement

Nous regrettons les équipements de cuisine vétustes, la vaisselle ébréchée et sale, une fuite d'eau sur une terrasse et ne pas avoir eu l'appartement avec une chambre avec lits séparés, salle de bain à rénover. Pas de cocktail de bienvenue, pourtant annoncé toute fois nous avons bien profité de la terrasse avec sa vue mer magnifique.

Au début nous avons été plutôt surpris du fait que l'appartement ne soit pas à l'adresse indiqué sur le site, c'est à dire à côté de l'anse à l’Âne, mais bien une vingtaine de km plus loin, à la Petite Anse, vers le Diamant. Ceci dit l’appartement est correct, la vue est belle et Daniel et sa famille ont été très sympathiques et gentils avec nous.

Super location à 20 mètres de la plage des Caraïbes, avec une magnifique vue de la terrasse. Super accueil des propriétaires Daniel, Lina et Leny, qui nous ont appris plein de choses sur La Martinique ! La location à une vue superbe sur la mer des Caraïbes, et est très confortable !! La plage de petite Anse est à 30 mètres et que c’est agréable de s’endormir avec le bruit des vagues !!! Je vous recommande vivement cette location !!! Nous avons séjourné chez Mr et Mme Henry du 4 au 18 juillet 2018 Nous avons adoré notre séjour. La vue de la terrasse est magnifique, cet endroit est relaxant! C'est calme tout en étant divertissant! L'appartement est correct. La situation est excellente! Un véhicule est assez nécessaire si on veut visiter et faire le tour des nombreuses plages! L'accueil de Mr et Mme Henry est très chaleureux et notre plus grand souhait est d'y retourner l'an prochain! Merci pour tout!!

Très jolie maison aux couleurs vives avec une superbe vue sur la mer des Caraïbes. Le logement est très agréable et fonctionnel qui ne manque de rien.
