I enjoyed my stay here. I asked for a quiet room and got one. I didn't hear much from the street. The room was spacious and comfortable. Everything you need is a close walk.
We enjoyed staying at this hotel. The beds were very comfortable, pool was clean and refreshing, and the lobby was very pretty and comfortable to hang out. The only thing I was disappointed in, was spending the extra money to have a garden view. We were stuck at the end of the row facing the garden. Because of this our balcony seemed to be smaller than others. It might have been the same size, but the view was partially blocked. I would not spend the extra money next time.
Overall great experience! I don't speak much French, but the staff was very nice and accommodating. Room was clean and pretty quiet (garden facing). Very close to many restaurants/shops, a ferry, and of course the beach! Highly recommend staying here and I traveled solo.

Hotel is located close to beach, shops and really good restaurants. The restaurant staff was extremely nice, front desk was confused regarding any questions which may have been language barrier. Housekeeping staff knowing zero English, which is understandable, was rude and curt. The tourist destinations did have English speaking locals that were courteous but local establishments either ignored us and twice waved us off when we were given incorrect change. Catcalls and finger gestures happened at least once a day outside of tourist areas...which tour guide said is common place. This was our second visit but first at this hotel. The staff did have phones to help translate but we did rely on our group that had basic French knowledge. I would recommend this hotel to friends.
very good overall hotel no major issues. Nice pool nice bar friendly staff. Two minor issues they charged me an additional 20 Euro per day for my infant daughter which is kind of ridiculous and also the hotel told me they have a fixed rate with the taxi service which wasnt the case i realized departing the hotel. Also a suggestion if you stay here rent a car its cheaper and you can see more of the island. Would def stay again.
La Pagerie is very pleasant, and its employees seem to take quality seriously. The air conditioning unit in my room wasn't functioning properly when I arrived, and once I reported it the problem was diagnosed and fixed within an hour. The décor in the rooms and the lobby is tasteful and unique, the restaurant had great meals all around, and the pool with the little island is delightful. Trois Ilets has its limitations, and I don't know that I would stay in that locale again. However, I really enjoyed La Pagerie.
