The Cocoonr/BookandPay agency offers you this charming 157 m² air-conditioned house with sea and mountain views, less than a kilometer from the beach, with private pool, for rent in Les Trois-Îlets. It can accommodate up to 8 travelers. It comprises a 39 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, four bedrooms, three bathrooms and a wooded plot of land bordering the house and pool. Wifi (fiber optics), sheets and towels included, we're waiting for you!
Please note that events and parties involving several people, as well as noise pollution, are not permitted in the Villa.

The accommodation is composed as follows:
First floor:
- Master bedroom 1: queen-size bed (160x200), TV and desk area with RJ45 ethernet socket, with en-suite shower room.
- Bedroom 2: two single beds that can be brought together to make a 180x200 bed, with en-suite shower room and WC.
- Separate WC

First floor:
- 39 m² living room with sofas, TV and dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen including food processors (multi-function food processor, electric lemon squeezer and mixer), Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, kettle...
- Outdoor dining area on high terrace, with outdoor lounge and two hammocks
- Bedroom 3: queen-size bed (160x200)
- Bedroom 4: two single beds that can be brought together to make a 180x200 bed, and office area with RJ45 ethernet socket
- Bathroom with bath and WC

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, cot, plancha, fan, ironing board and iron, hairdryer.

Exterior:
- A private 8mx4m swimming pool heated by a heat pump. It is open all year round and has an alarm as well as a secure fence.
- The terrace around the pool is 40 m² and has six deckchairs and an outdoor shower with room-temperature water.
- The upstairs terrace is 58.5 m² and features a table, garden furniture (sofas and armchairs) and two hammocks.
- A wooded plot bordering the house and pool

The house is located 900 m from Pointe du Bout, with an accessible shuttle to Fort-de-France, Anse Mitan beach, as well as restaurants and food shops.

Activities :
La Pointe du Bout is a lively tourist area, offering a marina, a Creole village with numerous shops (including a pharmacy) and restaurants. You'll also find a wide range of services: car and boat rentals, catamaran outings, diving, windsurfing and kite-surfing clubs, and jet skis. Anse MITAN beach is 900m from the house.

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private parking lot. Parking for 3 to 4 vehicles is available.
