The Wifi network is terrible--could not do online work needed to do because of the lack of connectivity. Everything else is fine--but if I can't work in the room this place is useless . . . be better off in a tent if it had good Wiffi . . .

No one explained amenities on check in, like wifi, breakfast, checkout, where stuff was etc. There was a septic tank smell in our bedroom until i turned on the air to constant.

Amazing cafe/breakfast options. I only spent the one night for a conference so I checked in fairly late. The staff was funny and engaging. In the morning, the breakfast options tasted amazing! No crusty stale coffee, I was able to start my day with a truly delicious chai latte. And a made to order full hot breakfast. Check out was noon which gave my husband plenty of time to veg while I had to head out very early. Overall, one of the nicest locations I’ve been to. The room was very clean and had all we needed. The common spaces were very comfortable and I had tons of space to set up my laptop.

The shower curtain rod was damaged. Eventually I discovered a USB charge port in the alarm clock, but was initially miffed by the lack of one at any of the electrical outlets. Also, the TV remote was badly unresponsive…maybe I should have requested they replace the batteries? Also, no bar soap in bathroom sink? Others had to request the same??

Staff was courteous and efficient. Rooms were clean and comfortable. But the fact that complimentary breakfast was not served ended the stay on a negative note. For the cosst of the room, at least a muffin and a cup of coffee could have been included. Instead, overpriced entrees and dried out pastries were all that were available. Not even free coffee in the lobby. Tacky.

They charged me $40 more for the last night without telling me there would be an extra charge. Also the furniture and the set up of the furniture was stupid and uncomfortable. You could not watch the television from the bed. The sofa bed was wierd and uncomfortable. All in all a terrible arrangement for a hotel room

It was very convenient for a hospital visit. The towels were nice. The largest flaws were maintenance and age - other guests' flushing was loud, the doors creaked, the wallpaper was damaged, the furniture had obvious wear, and the tub caulking looked like it needed to be redone.
