This is our 4th time here and it never disappoints! We love the house and the neighborhood and that its just around the corner from the Tabernacle! Great place to relax, especially on the wonderful wide porch!

Super relaxing stay

This house is a great little place to stay in central PA. The patio was a great place to hang out. The house has all of the amenities as described. Fast Wi-Fi, comfy chairs, a well appointed kitchen... Mt Gretna itself is a quaint little community with tons of charm.

Great place for relaxing and exploring a small community in the woods

The hosts were super responsive to questions and made check-in super easy. Cottage was small and old but well-maintained and very nice. There was even bug spray on the porch for our use. We loved it. Just FYI - there is no hot tub, in case that's in the listing, it is a mistake.

Perfect Art Show Weekend

This house was in an adorable neighborhood close to everything that Mt.Gretna has to offer. We loved being able to walk around the neighborhood and enjoy the sights. The house was perfect for us and we had a great time being there and being on the porch! Thank you!

Wonderful visit

We have always wanted to stay in Mt Gretna while visiting and this was the perfect spot! The cottage was adorable and the owners were great at providing instructions for parking, gaining entry, etc. We swam in the lake, wandered the trails in search of fairy gardens, enjoyed the jigger shop for ice cream, and saw an adorable show for the kids while there. We will certainly come back again!

Perfect quiet getaway for a busy family to focus on relaxing.

Quiet neighborhood filled with the sound of birds and breezes. Very walkable with convenience of nearby eateries and shops. Outdoor space is so inviting and usable. Wish we could have stayed longer. Perfect for an unstructured getaway.

Magical Place

Once again we were not disappointed! The town is lovely, the house charming and our hosts were very friendly and easy to communicate with. My mom and I had a wonderful time! The porch was our favorite place to be!

Close Home to others

Overall this house was very nice. There is only 1 parking spot so if you are traveling with friends/family. One can park near the house the others will park in a gravel lot close by. The roads are very tight and a lot of the roads are one-way so make sure you pay attention to the signs. The people who live around there are very nice and will help you if you get lost in the small community. The home itself is older but very nice. The 3 rooms are on the top floor and the 1st floor has the kitchen, dining room, and living room. The porch outside is so nice with the swings and fans it's a cool place to hang out. My only warning is if you are on the clumsy side please be careful on the stairs. Just take it slow or sideways and that's the best way to go up and down.

Wonderful Family House in the Perfect “Location

This is a wonderful home. The house is so comfortable and the bed rooms are great. The bathroom is very very nice and large. There are air conditioners in every room which makes it great on hot summer days. The best part is the porch. It is so large and comfortable. It also has ceiling fans. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare the perfect meal. A full size refrigerator/freezer is a big plus. Everything is provided such as towels and sheets. The house is super clean and tidy. The location is near enough to a basketball court and small playground for children old enough to go on their own. The neighbors were wonderful. The hosts were the best we have found from a VRBO rental. They keep in contact before the trip. Upon arrival they check with you once you check in to ensure everything is what you expected. They are so kind and caring. The house has plenty of board games the whole family will love. Over all this is one of the best properties we have stayed at, if not the best. We will be staying here again!

Very nice location in a warm and welcoming community. The house was well equipped and very comfortable. Local plays and music venue and restaurants easy to walk to. Hosts extremely accommodating and accessible.

Quaint. Quiet. Beautiful

Sit on porch for breakfast in the cool morning. Beautiful cottage with comfortable beds! Neighbors were friendly and inviting. Basketball court playground in walking distance. This was the perfect spot to forget the world, relax, and enjoy the scenery. Stroll through the area. Ice cream not too far from cottage and you can fish if you want. I will be back again! Thank you for having me! Enjoyed every minute of time well spent!

Wonderful Experience Once Again!

This was the second time my mom and I stayed here and we loved it more than ever. Our favorite part is the huge wrap around porch which is where we spent most of our time. Mt. Gretna is a very special place and we are hoping to return many times to this cottage!

Mt Gretna Getaway

Very quaint and exceptionally quite. It was like stepping back in time 100 years ago. We had coffee on the porch every morning before our adventures and then a glass of wine every evening after our adventures. Very peaceful and tranquil. Ideal perfection

We’ve been to Mt Gretna going on over half a dozen times. This is by far the nicest, cleanest, classiest place we’ve encountered. The vibe is artsy cottage. The porch is perfection. All the bedrooms are so comfortable. Cory is a most gracious host. We can’t wait to come back.

Relaxing and beautiful!

My mom and I really enjoyed our time here in beautiful Mt. Gretna. It was so relaxing and we loved the porch. We spent most of our time there. Inside the house was wonderful as well. Things were clean and comfortable. We'd love to come again.

CAN’T WAIT TO COME BACK

We had an awesome time in Cory’s home! The Mount Gretna community is absolutely stunning and words can’t begin to describe it!! We had a little AC hiccup and Cory & Sam we on top of it immediately and it was fixed promptly. Highly recommend and can’t wait to visit again!

Great Place to Unwind

From the moment you weave your way through the Mt Grenta community the property is located in you feel like you are home. The large patio is a treat and was my families main hang out all trip. Everything from food to ice cream is either walking distance or a 2 min drive. Even though the owners have a 12 hour time difference communication wasn't an issue at all. A great place to bring the family for a little decompression!
