Kyle is the exemplary host! Communication was excellent and even accommodated an early check in. It was a beautiful site pulling up to the home with the festive decorations. The inside was even more beautiful!The rooms were so cozy, comfortable and spacious. And the kitchen… Wow … it had everything we needed for our sister cookie making. The hot tub was an added bonus after our drive to the area!Thank you so much! We will certainly return!!

It was an amazing place to stay especially around Christmas. It was beautifully decorated inside and outside. It had character and at the same time relaxing. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking and meal prep. Because of the weather we were not able to take in all the outside amenities that were provided. We will certainly stay again and recommend to all our friends.

Our host, Kyle, is very accommodating. The house is very well presented; clean and cozy, with many efforts to provide a comfortable stay with excellent amenities. The extra special touches are noticeable and appreciated. We particularly enjoy the hot tube and the outside space.

We loved spending time here! We loved so much about the red door resort! A few of our favorites were the hot tub, fire pit, infinity board and table soccer! Kyle was the best to work with as far as check in, checking in before check out, etc. Kyle is such a pleasure to work with!

My husband and I booked this for a little getaway for our one year wedding anniversary and it did not disappoint! The house is so adorable and has so many fun aspects about it! It is decorated so cute for the fall season, it felt so homey to us! We especially loved the backyard, the hot tub and fire pit were great and we loved the complimentary s’mores kit that was provided! The house is about 30 minutes to the Hersheypark area and the drive is pretty easy to get there. The location of the house is great, it’s a very quiet and nice neighborhood, and the off street parking is directly in front of the house and easily accessible! I definitely would recommend this house to couples and smaller families!Kyle is an excellent host! He was available when we had a couple of questions about the house and even made himself available when we couldn’t get the fire pit working! We appreciated him stopping by to take a look at the fire pit and he got it up and working in no time so that we were able to enjoy it for the rest of our stay! We can’t wait to book this house again for future trips to Hershey!

Amazing home. Each room was better than the next. Very clean. Family friendly for all age groups. Dog friendly with fully fenced in yard. Outdoor yard so relaxing. Full size pac man!!! We all had a wonderful time!

We were so sorry to leave! Such a lovely home! My kids didn’t board once! About 40 mins to Hershey and a little over an hour to Gettysburg. We loved our stay. The house is honestly beautiful with so many creative touches. The location allowed us to spend one day in Lancaster, one day in Baltimore and then one day in Hershey but the real treat was relaxing in the house. The backyard is stunning, my kids loved all the activities from Connect 4 to the hot tub.

Excellent place to stay

We had an amazing experience at the Red Door Retreat. Everything was wonderful! The house was decorated beautifully, and the amenities were excellent! The popcorn machine, fine machine, smore’s kit, gas fire place, Infinity table, arcade game on second floor, IPad with all of the owner’s recommendations and instructions was so great!! We loved the backyard games too. Such a pretty oasis. The charging stations at the bedsides was convenient, the laundry amenities and no shortage of hygiene products (soap, toilet paper, paper towel, garbage bags, dish soap, and dishwasher pods was so helpful to us. Overall, this was a wonderful place to stay, and I highly recommend it. We will definitely stay here again when we return.

The House was just as pictured, with all of the amenities we could have needed. Kyle was a wonderful host, and super responsive. About 30 mins from Hershey, but a smooth ride through farm land. Wonderful vacation home, would highly recommend if traveling with pets. The neighborhood is lovely for walks.

There aren't words to express how amazing Red Door Retreat is. We had high expectations walking in based on the photos and reviews and they were exceeded. It is very apparent that the host has put time and thought into the home. The longer you are there and enjoy the home the more little touches you see. As noted in other reviews, you could easily spend a week here and hardly leave. We enjoyed a lot of time in the beautiful yard and playing various games on the infinity board. The countless amenities were touched above and beyond on behalf of the host. 100% recommend staying at Red Door Retreat, we will definitely be back and have already started looking at some of the hosts other properties. Thank you for a beautiful and relaxing stay Kyle!
