The breakfast and service were very good. Easy check in and check out. There was no mirror in the room outside of the bathroom. The outlets, which we needed since there were three of us in the room, on the bedside lamp did not work. The front desk said that they were "old" and don't work. There were not available outlets on the walls. There was not sufficient lighting in the room. There should be a floor lamp behind the chair. The room was not even decorated. I have stayed in many Holiday in express hotels and they were very nice. My friends and I were very disappointed with our experience. In addition, the room was very overpriced at $178. A partial refund would be in order.

The room was not likenthe pictures advertised. It was a very small room without a view. I did get coffee pod or cup refills. The tv was small.and channels selection wasn't good.

Amazing service

Was an amazing stay. We went there to spend my birthday in the area and we originally got a king room but the lady at the front desk gave us an amazing room with a hot tub in the room it was the best surprise the lady gave us she didn’t tell us she left it as a surprise and said we can thank her later. Wish we could have thanked her because it was probably the best hotel experience we had. My husband and I will continue coming here.
