We booked this hotel for the night after a family reunion. When we told our family members and friends where we were staying they all warned us NOT to stay at this place, they said it’s disgusting and in a very bad area surrounding the hotel. We talked to over a dozen people that warned us not to stay here. We decided not to even check in after driving by and seeing the condition of the hotel. We lost our money but learned a lesson.

The place looked nothing like the pictures online was told I could pay when I get there ended up taking the money out of my card before I got there. It was the wrong account argued with me about it would not help in anyway place was smelly and dirty lots of people live there. It did not seem like a safe area.

Old hotel looks out the back to a beat up motel or apt building. Breakfast had nothing that I would eat. Poor selection. Room was clean but overall appearance was not good

To be clear- staff at the hotel were pleasant. The hotel is in terrible condition. It’s dirty (walls, floors, elevators), the shower had black mold in the grout, chipped paint, there was broken glass in the parking lot, and not the best neighborhood. There was a large lax tournament and I stayed here with my daughter. The area is depressed so there really aren’t better options. Not their fault. That being said, I would not stay here again.

The pictures presented for the property were not accurate. Our room was in poor condition, the bathrooms were rusted and worn down, and the room smelled of cigarette smoke. Avoid this hotel.

The only good thing about this place was the lady that checked us in. I wanted to cancel but they were going to charge me for my stay so we ended up staying anyway. Our room/bathroom was disgusting. Bathroom needs a complete remodel, the blankets had cigarette burns and disgusting stains all over them(which they tried to cover up with another sheet) I ended up sanitizing EVERYTHING! Our TV had no remote. Maintenance came in the our room twice with 3 different remotes and none worked. The next night they brought us a TV and within 30 mins that stopped working as well. The pool was closed the bar was closed. The smell throughout the hotel was terrible. The windows were actually scary. If someone were to lean on them they would fall out for sure. I literally was scared to close the curtains. I did see another review that said there room was infested with roaches…. I will say that we did not see any bugs at all so maybe they’re trying to do better. Also there were homeless ppl outside and in the lobby. (We ended up buying him dinner) the police road through the parking lot at least 7 times in the 15 mins we sat outside. The homeless man told us that they had been having trouble with ppl breaking into to cars. Smh! I usually don’t leave reviews but man I wish I would have known before I spent my money there. We travel all over for my sons wrestling and this was by far the worst hotel we ever stayed.

when we arrived at the room around 1 a.m., it was clear we couldn’t stay there. There were bugs hanging from the ceiling, a terrible odor, and the overall condition was extremely dirty. We went to the front desk to check out and found about eight police officers questioning the front clerk. He explained he couldn’t issue a refund directly because the reservation was made through Expedia. He recommended that you reach out to Expedia, describe the condition of the room, and have them connect with the hotel manager. He said it shouldn’t be a problem to get a refund.

It needs to be gutted out from the ground up. Its falling apart. I never like to speak bad about anything . Unless I have to or am asked. The staff was wonderful. The place it's self was horrible . I pray that the wonderful staff would get a better place to be proud of and use there wonderful hospitality. Thank you for asking and thank you that I had somewhere to lay my head while my husband was recovering in the hospital.

Room and bathroom were very clean. Bedroom furniture new and bed very comfortable. No channel guide for the TV or operating instructions. Bathroom very dated and entire facility badly in need of painting and refinement.

The advertisement pictures must be severely outdated because this place was a lot more rundown, and the flooring isn't even the same. You can tell that they're trying, but it is definitely a motel that also serves breakfast (which may include chicken nuggets for some reason). The room was relatively clean, but not very nice. The bathroom was clean, but grout/caulk was all poorly done. The drawers, which I wasn't using, did not stay closed in my room. The pool looked green, and I am not sure it was even open since I never saw anyone in or near it, but it's advertised nonetheless. The staff were the best thing about this place. Everyone was friendly, and they definitely care. The location is convenient. The property just needs work.

It is a facility that apparently hasn't been updated in decades. The biggest downside for me was the lack of hot water. It was lukewarm as was the rest of the facility.
