We moved into our room to find the bath tap running int he bath. The bath tap could not be turned on or off , so no shower and endless noise . When i asked the receptionist to be moved to another room she was very frustrated with me. We moved to another room that smelled like 1/2 a can of bubble gum spray . The room trollys had flat tires ,
