Noisy neighbors, weed smoking, etc.i called the front desk 2 times for help and was told they could only call the offenders, which was no help. I asked to be moved and clerk daid that was not possible. I slept very little, and finally left the property at 4am and slept in my car. The clerk could not have cared less.

Very mixed review

The property advertised "Grab and Go" Breakfast which would have been perfectly acceptable. However, not only was there no breakfast, there was not even coffee anywhere--not in the snack area or in the room. Also, the armchair in the room was in disrepair. The naugahyde was ripped off the arms and the sticky stuffing was exposed. I have never stayed in a hotel room where the furniture was ripping apart. And the bath towels were about the size of 2 hand towels. Front desk staff was friendly. The shower was fantastic!

Room for improvement

This property is very run down and in desperate need of a remodel. Bathroom fixtures were rusty and the vinyl of the arms on the recliner had been torn off. While there was plenty of hot water, the bathroom sink backed up and drained very slowly. There were ants in the bathroom the entire time and not just a couple. Breakfast left little to be desired. Some fruit and grain bars, packaged muffins and oatmeal, and coffee. The staff was kind and friendly except the man in housekeeping whom I asked to change out two wash cloths and the bath mat because it was full of ants. He acted put out that he had to walk into the laundry room to retrieve these items for me. We won’t be staying here again and probably won’t choose an extended stay again.

Front desk girl was rude. Had to wait for her to come around from her desk. She got snarky when I asked why she took a picture of my DL. She did t even ask to take the picture. She just took it. Then threatened to cancel our stay. We like extended stay because of the amenities. But this hotel had None. No laundry room. And the exercise room had all Of their treadmills out of order. We chose to stay here for that reason. FOR THE AMENITIES. The floor in our room was disgusting. The carpet itself was sticky. Walking barefoot resulted in the soles of our feet turning black. Our room had no coffee pot. But had a sign reminding us to turn It off. Horrible. Horrible property. Worst hotel we have stayed at in a while.

First of all, they gave away my room that I reserved three to 4 weeks in advance. The girl behind the counter was so rude, mean, and didn't care that they gave away my room. It looked like her boss was making her go to the counter. The people above her were rude and wouldn't let me use the bathroom. The place is dirty with gangsters hanging out outside. Dirty and horrible place, and customer service.

Absolutely one of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed in, I had an offical temporary ID from the state they wouldn’t accept it.. had to change the reservation from my name to my girlfriends name, once we checked in the front desk clerk had an attitude like she doesn’t want to be there, she never verified anything like even if the card was the right card on file, the place looks ran down, once we get into the elevator, we got to the fourth floor we were great by a thick cloud of weed just smelled terrible down the whole entire hallway.. all the door slam so when I was trying to sleep that’s all I heard was thud thud thud.. the bed was terrible. Once I fel asleep I slept okish.. once I woke up I went down for the “complementary breakfast” it was literally just a multigrain bar or muffin.. coffe tasted like ass… definitely will never stay here again

This was my very first experience and to be honest it could have been worst. I have no complaints on staff at all but let me tell you the minute i walked it i strong scent off lit trees hit my face.i mean to each its own but keep it professional idk get some scent refusers or something. Other than the keys wont work or the room gets hot because its set at 74. Honestly as i said could have been worst!so ill say 5/10 just based on my experience.
