There were few things I should mention that as soon as we got room, we found that refrigerator is making constant sound and luckily maintenance came in about 10 mins to fix that. Overall room was okay but their sofa and work chair’s rexine leather completely removed at hand rest. They should have little more cleaned property.

Staff was great, especially at check in. Breakfast was MIA in the morning even though there was a sign saying breakfast 6 - 9:30. There may have been food in the cabinets but there was no indication of that by signs. The coffee was great!

there was a wad of green gum stuck to the wall... the curtains have holes in them and the bathroom floor was dirty. The bed was clean and comfortable. The heat worked really great. The vent in the bathroom made a popping sound all the time. Housekeeping staff was very friendly. the coffee creamer containers had cream dripping down and when i went to wipe it it was hard and stuck to the sides. It was the same the next day.

First time I used the bathroom I had to call and ask for a plunger and plunged the toilet. Went to wash my hands and the sink held water. The chairs in the room were trash, all torn up. Even though the hotel has a no smoking policy the entire room smelled of cigarette smoke.

The room was okay. The beds were great. I slept very comfortable. Heater was good. Kitchen was ok. No utensils or anything else. Expected something since it was an extended stay. But it was ok. Restroom was clean and water pressure was good(always a plus). The carpet was horrible. Dirty and stained and looked as if it hadn’t been cleaned/vacuumed. And gave it a dingy smell. Very disappointed with the breakfast.

Noisy neighbors, weed smoking, etc.i called the front desk 2 times for help and was told they could only call the offenders, which was no help. I asked to be moved and clerk daid that was not possible. I slept very little, and finally left the property at 4am and slept in my car. The clerk could not have cared less.

NEVER go here unless you want to be surrounded by hundreds of bed bugs. Within the first 10 mins we left as the front desk person told us they didn't' have any extra rooms to stay in and recommended that being the best resort. I am still waiting on my refund after one week, worst experience ever.

⭐️ 1-Star Review — PLEASE Read Before Booking I’m honestly heartbroken and disgusted by this hotel. We paid $680 for 4 nights, and the first room we were given was absolutely horrible. It smelled awful, the furniture was filthy, and there were roaches crawling around. I was literally in tears because this is not a safe or healthy place for anyone, especially children. We were able to switch rooms, and while the second room was decent, it still did not make up for how terrible the first room was. The fact that this hotel allows guests to check into rooms like that is beyond unacceptable. We booked this through Expedia, and honestly, they need to review this property immediately. This place should NOT be listed as a family-friendly option. The conditions are unlivable. And don’t even get me started on the “breakfast.” They advertised breakfast included, and all they had was muffins, oatmeal packets, and granola bars. That is not breakfast — that’s snacks. I will never, ever, EVER stay at this hotel again. This was a nightmare, and the only reason we stayed at all was because everything was booked for the holiday. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. If I could give zero stars, I would.
