Convenient and clean.
We had to use a bathroom on the 1st floor in the middle of the night because nobody could fix the toilet til the next day. ( we reported it early evening)That was the 2nd time they had to repair it!
The property showcases slight indications of aging, noticeable through its understated color palette and textured popcorn ceilings. Additionally, the microwave appears to have surpassed its prime. The shampoo also serves the dual purpose of hand soap, and the toilet has a tendency to become easily clogged. Nevertheless, the standout feature of this property undeniably lies within its exceptional staff. The employees are truly remarkable individuals, contributing immense value to the overall experience.

Not much going on in Lawton. We visited for our son's graduation. Clean facilities, courteous staff, quiet. A free small but good breakfast available every morning. Nice common areas. A severe storm system swept the Midwest and we needed to stay longer but had already checked out. We inquired two hours after checkout if we could have the same room. Initially the front clerk said the rooms weren't available. But the manager called back 5 minutes later and said he'd had them cleaned and they were ready for us instantly instead of waiting till 3 some 3 hours later. Also the night clerk from Jersey is a gem. Protect this man at all costs. He is an asset to your company. He was knowledgeable courteous and kind, and made us feel welcome even though we checked in so late at night or first night.
Great hotel
Pros: The staff were friendly, the hotel was reasonably clean, and the bed was comfortable. Cons: Unfortunately the toilet was plugged and my husband had to go to the front desk to get a plunger and unplug it himself. Gross. The breakfast was depleted and the coffee was luke warm.
