Cockroaches

Absolutely horrible. Soon as we walked in the room there was 3 cockroaches that went running. Walked right back out to tell the front desk that we would not be staying there because of the bugs and they just wanted to move us to a different room. I said absolutely not just refund me my money. When the guy at the counter called his manager to tell them we wanted a refund he said it like it was normal to have roaches everywhere. Would not recommend this hotel at all.

This property has ok customer service but the rooms appear to be clean but not. Me an my family stayed in room 148 and 152. There are roaches in the bathroom coming from around the showerhead, roaches coming out of the coffee pot and has stains on the beding covers. I felt like fleas were biting me when i opened the front door. When i reported the issue the person at the front desk, the option was to move you to another room that has corrosion on the showe r head and brown water coming out the faucet when you first turn the water on or leave and find some where else in the middle of the morning. Not a good stay at all.

You walk into the room, it smell very musty. It looks like there was mold on the walls. Where they just covered it up with some paint, and it was going through the bathrooms. Do not have any air fans so all the warm came out into the room, not really that good. The shower head pressure. What's awful?There was more pressure in the sink. I also wanted a non-smoking room, but some ways. people around my room had smoking rooms. So it beats the purpose of having a non-smoking room. I literally had to go and get some air fresheners to put in that room. They do not clean very well. But overall, maybe I will give it a 2
