Besides the sidewalks flooding and gaps under room doors , rooms are outdated and sheets were stained. Also seemed to be a late night party outside our room both nights. Staff was friendly and helpful but our first floor room was definitely in need of some upgrades.

The rooms were old and not very clean. I moved the couch to get a toy that fell and there was a dead cockroach on the wall. People were drinking and loud outside all throughout the night. The breakfast was cereal and a pack of oatmeal.

No working smoke alarm, floors loose, top lock didn’t work, wall was broken where it looked like someone tried to kick in the door. Asked for a refund, said no, but they would move us to a different room. It was no better. Smoke alarm didn’t work, bathtub ran stream of water, water behind bed. Do not stay here. Breakfast was nonexistent. Some packages of instant oatmeal.

Don't plan on breakfast if you wake at midmorning

The stay was based on the need for myself and my mother to cool down while I was finishing up some work-related stuff. The room itself was clean, the A/C did cool the room, but left everything but the bathroom damp. Not sure if there was a condensation problem or not. There was no seating, except for the beds and one VERY heavy, hard to move, low, hard office chair. I'm used to sitting low to my desk, and this was low, even for me. Mom and I had also planned on catching breakfast at the hotel, but kept missing the times. We tried Saturday around 10 AM, and were told breakfast closed at 9:30. Sunday morning, we managed to get up to the front by 9:30 and were told that breakfast ended at 9:00. Saturday I can kind of understand - early, but I've seen that type of buffet cut off time before. But for SUNDAY? Most places close later on Sundays, not earlier! Pretty nasty disappointment, to be honest on this one.

Room needed a better cleaning- there was dog hair and dirty ketchup containers behind the headboard. There was also hair on the faucet in the tub. The provided breakfast is coffee, apples, 2 cold cereals, and oatmeal packets- very disappointing. The pool was nice and it was quiet. Would I stay here again? Probably not.

I liked that fact that there was a pool and walking distance to shopping areas but barely was able to sleep upstairs from me was loud all and evening loud music stumping slamming stuff til 3 am 4 am and got charged another almost 100 dollars for needing the 3 rd night

I would definitely stay here again. The TV in the room was terrible, but who goes on vacation to watch TV anyways? Quiet and convenient location. Harlows bar/ lounge is a secret hidden gem in Lawton. I've been to a lot of bars all over the country and Harlows has to be my favorite. Great atmosphere, great drinks and extremely friendly people. Very highly recommended.

I didn't like the fact that the window curtains only came down to about 8 inches above the bottom of the window. So we had light shining in our room all night. I called the front desk, but I couldn't understand anything he said, and I doubt he understood me. Never will stay here again. I expected better.

When we arrived, we found that pet rooms were all smoking, there was no elevator, and my 79 year old husband would have to climb an outdoor staircase with luggage. Obviously we did not stay and this was not on the description. I am told we can not get a refund. That is unfortunate because I will let everyone know not to do business with you or them.
