No microwave or fridge in room…. Disappointed

Overall the stay here was good. We arrived 2 hours early (1pm) and had to wait until exactly 3pm check-in time before we could get a room. Understandable, however it sucked for us since we had a 12 hour drive and were exhausted. The breakfast was amazing. Room was decently clean, beds were comfortable and nice. The AC had some issues. It didn't work well at all, we even set the thermostat down to 53 and it seemed to always get super hot in the room in the middle of the night. The pool was shut down the first day we were there and the rest of the days it was super cloudy so almost like it was either dirty or they put way too much chemicals in it. Breakfast was probably the best part of the entire stay. The food was super good and they switched up the menu every day.

The front desk clerk was not at all friendly and complained that I was 20 mins early for check in. The next front desk staff, Racheal was very friendly and very helpful. Such a difference in attitude.

Clean and excellent customer service

1216 / 5000 Translation results I booked 2 rooms in this hotel because it has an indoor pool (since it was raining outside) and breakfast included but breakfast is not at all like they say in the online site, it is not at the same standard as the hotel before covid-19. .. not a muffin, not a donut? no orange juice and no milk? Only 2 boiled eggs with a strawberry yogurt (we are allergic to strawberry) and a preztel, and a bottle of water, awful! We tried to go to the pool but it looked like the filter hadn't been used for days, the water was thick with a strange color and you couldn't see the bottom, we didn't have the courage to put even a finger in it. The room was spotless but the bed is very uncomfortable, I woke up in the middle of the night to push the mattress that slid sideways and to the bottom making the pillow end up inside the space that formed between the mattress and the wall .... the very stinking pillows, luckily I brought mine. Mattress and pillow are too soft, I never had as much back pain as in those days. The carpet in the rooms needs to be renewed from so many stains it has and also the furniture which is old and broken. The staff is very nice.

Great except we were hoping for microwave and fridge

A nice place to stay and a good nights sleep! The pool area is nice but a bit hazy (perhaps could use better air circulation) but it was fun for my kids. We came i during a giant storm so there were buckets catching rain leaks around the hotel roof leaking. The fireplace was SO nice to hang out around to warm up and the front desk lady was super sweet. Also we LOVED the free tea coffee and hot chocolate in the lobby. Nice touch! Breakfast was AMAZING and also complimentary. Great place for the price. No bugs! So Thankful for that! Stayed on third floor and it was super quiet. Nice!

It was too noisy. There was some equipment that made loud noises very early in the morning both nights we were there. The breakfast buffet kept running out of food and no one replaced it.

Nice location. Close to great restaurants. Easy access to fort sill. Breakfast not bad! I recommend to others.

Bed was way to soft for people with bad backs, other than that it was an excellent hotel.

Over charged A/C very noisy Trash was not emptied Trouble opening room door ALWAYS

Very friendly and professional staff. When you miss the cleaning lady, no worries, they will leave a basket of refills and towels outside your door. Very nice and quiet place to stay!

Everything was clean and neat. Staff was friendly and informative.I would come again. Thank You Hampton Inn

Had a good visit. No ATM onsite. Night staff was wonderful.

Probably one out a the very few nice hotels in the area. Close to everything, the staff was very friendly. The pool was nice. Continental breakfast was good. Overall very satisfied with our stay.

Found a bed bug in our bed. We told the front desk staff and they assured us it was not a bed bug. We sent the picture to an exterminator who said it was indeed.

This is our second time staying for a military Graduation and we recommend it. The staff is extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and very accomidating. The front desk gentleman, I believe is name was Malik and he worked in the afternoon/evening, was great. He always had a wonderful smile on his face, was friendly, and truly a great asset to your staff. It is so important with people who are traveling and could be a bit grumpy to have someone so nice. Thank you!

Nice place great anemnities. Close to Fort Sill which is why we stayed. Close to plenty of food and shopping.
