We booked and paid for a room for three adults. Linens were only provided for two. Our fridge didn't work. We reported in upon check-in but to my knowledge it was never fixed. However, all the staff that we had contact were very personable.

We loved the jacuzzi tub. The bed was comfortable as was the bedding. The refrigerator kept our food and beverages ice cold. The ice machine was convenient. The staff provided an extra pillow and garmet bag. Loved our stay.

The staff is very nice & helpful. The room itself was good but the bathroom a different story! The door didn’t want to latch, bathroom door didn’t lock, water in the sink wouldn’t shut off and had brownish water.

We have traveled through Lawton many times over the past 10 years. This was a nice pet friendly hotel. We were quite disappointed last week with the lack of cleanliness and building maintenance. Sorry, our last time was last time.

Not terrible, but not great

We were first assigned a room right next to the elevator. We requested a different room and was given one. The problem is that our reservation wasn't updated with the new room, and the room was later assigned to another guest who tried to get into it at midnight. A few minutes later the door rattled again this time with the night manager. It really scarred me. I went to the door and told them that the room was assigned to us and the manager apologized. The next day I tried to use the exercise room. All the equipment was unusable except the one elliptical machine that someone was on. The hotel is a bit tired. The rooms could use some new paint and new curtains. At least it was in a central part of town. The staff was friendly.

No information upon check in regarding pool/hot tub or breakfast hours. Was not informed of hot being out of commission. No bags in pet area. Generally bad customer service!!
