This is an average hotel, with a price that is a bit high for what is offered (and not offered), and seems to be targeting the military community (and those associated). I have had better accommodations, for a better price, in many other places (cities large and small), so I have a bit of knowledge on the subject. I think they need to reconsider the prices, or increase the amenities, to make a single king room worth $200 a night.
The bartender, didn’t get his name, but he’s a OK Sate alum and a great bartender. I’m glad to have met him and he’s the best asset at the Lawton Hilton Garden. Cheers, and I hope my Spartans don’t see his Cowboys in a bowl game! ✔️
Excellent
It was a Hilton! What’s not to love?!
Clean and quiet and fast check in very comfortable
Front desk staff was rude, and kept an attitude with me the entire time I stayed. Bar tender was awesome though.
Service was excellent! In fact above excellent. My wife went down to get breakfast and found it had closed 20 minutes ago. The nice front desk person, I wish we had her name, was kind enough to take my wife's order, go get the food and bring it back to my wife.... pro bono! That's right. Great service. Great attitude. I would have given this hotel a five star rating except for the fact of our breakfast experience. I realize that because of the covid-19 situation there was no buffet breakfast. And dining was limited to menu service. The dining room was full and there were only two waitstaff so we sat there for 20 minutes after being seated and not having any service whatsoever. We finally had to leave and go eat elsewhere because we were due at a meeting at 9 a.m. (We arrived at the dining room at 7:35a, plenty of time under normal circumstances. ) Because of this, the value we received is diminished considerably because of no free breakfast. Otherwise everything was very, very nice. The staff was friendly and the room was clean and comfortable.
The property is clean and up to date. Every staff person that we interacted with went above and beyond!
Didn’t care for the noise front reception glass doors. Needs attention!!
I thought breakfast was included in price. $10 a little expensive per person for breakfast . Staff were very helpful. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Great location.
The staff was so friendly, especially the ladies running the breakfast buffet. The breakfast buffet was good and varied, worth the money.
The staff went far and above to accommodate my needs during my visit and for that I am extremely grateful.
Overall nice hotel, great staff, full kitchen/breakfast buffet and evening bar. Needs new bed pillows! Conveniently located near Ft. Sill.
We were in town from California for my sons AIT Graduation from Fort Sill. I can honestly say this is the best hotel I have ever stayed at. The whole staff was very nice and made us feel welcomed. The room prices were very reasonable and the buffet breakfast for $10.85 had a great selection of yummy food. If I'm ever in town again I will definitely stay here.
A new site, with a good location, a very nice pool, a great bar and good breakfast.
