Great stay at the Palms ! It’s a little bit off the strip but worth it for parking options and a quick Uber ride to the strip . Nice casino clean rooms lots of dining options from McDonalds to the finest steak house .

The suite was nice but the service was terrible at the restaurants and at the front desk. Very bad odors in elevators and hallways. Couldn't get cab service for a larger group. Definitely won't stay again.

The hotel is great, the room is nice and clean. The bed is comfortable and AC is NOT loud! The coffee shop is open 24hrs and free covered parking for locals and guest alike. I’ll be back Palms!!

Stayed in an Ivory King room. None of the bathroom drains worked, shower flooded every time used. There were questionable stains on every fabric surface of the room. Very cold and unwelcoming desk staff. Following booking, I received two emails from the concierge. One asking if there was anything they could to to improve my stay. I replied to this, to which I never heard back from them. The second was an offer for an upgrade, of which they didn’t actually have because they had been fully booked for some time. Don’t be fooled by the facelift in the lobby or the pictures.

Bathroom light was out at checkin. Once we took a lamp in we noticed the bathroom hadn’t been cleaned. Hair, toothpaste stains. Disgusting. So we cleaned it ourselves when no one came to do it. Then we got charged a $250 resort fee. I should charge them a $250 cleaning fee. Plus side: fair slots!! We won’t stay again.

I stayed at the Palms back in the day, and it use to be the hottest hotel to stay at. Lately we’ve been staying at the Fountainebleu but they were sold out so I figured let’s give my old stomping ground a try. We pulled into valet, and was greeted with absolutely no staff in sight and a very dark entrance. My husband said to me ‘this definitely isn’t the Ritz or Fountainebleu’. So I attempted to track down both valet & a bellman. At midnight after a long day of travel, this situation wasn’t ideal. Immediately, upon entering, I noticed the demographic of this Place had really changed for the worst. Where was all the beautiful people?
