Upon arrival, our room was not ready. To be precise, our room was ready, but your staff gave it to someone else so we were without a room and informed it could be hours before another room would be available. After a lengthy conversation, the staff was kind enough to comp us a couple of amenities, which we did appreciate. Nonetheless, it would have been nice to stay in the upgraded room instead so we could have unpacked, and not having to worry about having to leave again early the very next morning. Moreover, the escalator was not working so we had to schlep our heavy suitcases up the stairs. Mind you, we were extremely tired from our travel, and the conversation regarding our upgrade was not smooth nor was it quick. It took a while. Again, we are happy that we did get that. Lastly, I would’ve appreciated the gym being open past 7 PM. That was unusual for a hotel gym. And lastly, lastly … your cleaning staff was wonderful. Friendly, accommodating, and professional. Thank you for them.

Easy and free parking however the room smell like marijuana. Everything on the snack bar and mini fridge has motion-sensors so if you moved anything you’ll have to pay for it regardless if it was an accident.

Не хотят возвращать залоговые деньги. Арендовала 2 номера, не трогали мини бар, врут, что открывали. За 1 кофе и воду берут деньги, что нет в прайсе. Мыли в большинство стран Европы, в разных штатах Америки, несколько раз в Вегасе, в других гостиницах. Это в первый раз, когда берут деньги за воду. Очень не приятный осадок. Отель точно не 4,5 звезд. Разочарованы.
