Not a bad place

No blanket in room. Water pressure was low. Not very hot water. Was very big and nice. Front desk was very friendly. No broom or rugs near showers and tubs and very slippery getting in and out plus could use a few more towels and wash cloths. I actually enjoyed my stay here and most likely will return.

Their "special instructions" are not followable, for example: * Check-in time starts at 3:00 PM * Check-in time ends at anytime So arrive at 3:05pm and you're out on the street? Then, "contact the property at least 24 hours before arrival", even though Expedia accepted the booking (and charged me) 4 hours before. No timely clarity from host/hotel, so I had to book elsewhere. If this isn't an intentional scam it's so badly executed you should avoid at all costs.

Pilot error with the air conditioning unit, Warm the first night and freezing the next. The restaurant, mini mart, laundry made it very convenient. Staff was friendly and attentive.

I’ve stayed here twice , loved it both times. So clean and well kept . The renovated rooms are so unique and adorable . Walking distance to fast food or the mall, would definitely stay here next time in Cebu .

Exceptional Room

We stayed for 5 nights. Essentially your renting an apartment with a kitchen, large fridge, washing machine & balcony. Had 3 TV's, a purified water dispenser, jacuzzi tub & good WIFI. Everything from the service to the restaurant food and the room were a 10/10. I would absolutely stay here again. Thanks so much for the exceptional stay.

We did not have any thicker blanket when we stayed also they only provided half way used toilet paper during our stay which is inconvenient knowing that there’s 4 of us. Not to mentioned we payed extra $18 I think for when there’s extra person that we bring.

Easy access to everything, tricycles are just in front of the building; cooking breakfast every morning. We had the rooms with the loft and very comfortable with families. Very close to the airport is also a big plus. Definitely will be staying there again.

We needed a last minute stay for a few hours after a layover flight, and this was perfect. They responded immediately with confirmation and we only stayed for maybe 2-3 hours. Super convenient and right next to the airport.
