The staff were quite helpful especially in the midst of typhoon Tino. They informed us of the leaks in our room because of typhoon that ravaged the area. But they forgot to check the linens, pillows and beddings damp from the rainwater dripped. We have to asked them to change the bed linens, pillow cases and to turn the bed so we can sleep on the dry side of it. The breakfast is a typical filipino cuisine can't fault anything there. Other than that it's ok. We appreciate the shuttle bus and the location is nearby the international airport.

The room was clean but very small; it was barely large enough for 2 people. The breakfast buffet was limited its offerings with only 3 basic vegan options (pineapple slices, bread/toast with jam, and salad). Orange juice was not even available. The hotel was conveniently located close to the airport.
