Ideal location for all the San Diego attractions. Amazing home for all ages. Our extended family’s children ranged in age from 16 years to 6 months with plenty of kiddos in between. The younger ones spent hours on the outdoor toys in the front while the older ones spent their time playing foosball, table hockey and shooting pool. After a day at the beach, they all wanted to come back and swim in the pool or hang out in the hot tub and then challenge each other on the arcade games. Truly one of the best vacations ever!

If I could give this place 10 stars I would! The host, Alvin, is wonderful and responds quickly to any questions. The place is a great home and the amenities are wonderful. It’s easy to travel to the beach or to other fun outings. We enjoyed our time immensely.

Amazing house for large family

This house was everything we could have hoped for to get together with 20 family members of all ages! There was plenty of sleeping room, fully stocked kitchen and wonderful outdoor amenities. The kids loved swimming in the pool and hanging out in the front yard oasis as well. Lots of seating room in kitchen and living areas! The host was amazing and very responsive!!

Kids Paradise

Alvin was amazing as usual!!! The absolute best host out there!!! This was our second stay in one of his beautiful homes. This home is perfect for large groups. Inside is really spacious and the outside is a kids paradise. I highly recommend that you consider this wonderful home!!!!

Sojourn to San Diego

This is a great property for a family get together. Plenty of bed options. Bathrooms were well supplied. Lots of things to keep children busy yet enough for the adults to do. We did go to Sea World and the San Diego Zoo Safari but I think the kids enjoyed hanging out at the house the most. The kitchen was fabulous!

What a fun place to stay!

There are so many fun things to do at this property. We played the video games, played on the playground, had a putt putt golf tournament, swam in the pool. It was great! The pool slide could use rehab, but everything else was in great working order. The kitchen was nicely stocked with spices and appliances. There are 3 couples bedrooms, and the other bedrooms are filled with bunk beds. It would have been nice to have one more "normal" grown up bed, but we made do with all the other sleeping options. The host was very responsive to our questions. The house is in a residential area that is safe, but not upscale. It was very, very hot during our stay, but we never left the property and were comfortable with air conditioning inside and the pool outside. The evenings were cool and pleasant.

Family memorial

We had a large family group that gathered to celebrate our mothers life. We had all ages. Alvin’s property was perfect for us. There were rooms for the families with young children to retreat to for quiet times and naps. There was space inside and such comfortable places outside for groups to gather. The pool and kids activities were such a hit that the children wanted to stay at the house rather than go exploring. Alvin was always readily available to answer questions. We would chose this property again!

Incredible home and host

Our group had a lovely stay at this incredible home. We had a large group staying there and this home provided everything we needed for our stay. There was room to spread out and enjoy the space. The host was amazing. He was very attentive and quick to communicate. We all definitely want to stay there again. Thank you for helping our time in San Diego be amazing!

Amazing Family Reunion

We had a large group of 14 stay at the house. We were a mix of adults and children as young as 2. Everyone was more than comfortable. Plenty of beds. Activities galore. The house has been designed and set up to entertain. We all had a great time. The neighborhood doesn't have a ton going on, but it is situated reasonably close to the beach and downtown if you want to get out of the house. That said, we didn't want to leave the house. It was like being at a resort. We would definitely stay there again.

Fun House Family Reunion

We had a wonderful time at this VRBO. We called it the "Fun House!" Our family had gathered for a memorial service for our gramma and this place was ideal for our large family, who gathered from various states across the nation, to come together for this important event. We were able to include local family members and there was plenty for everyone to do... swimming, air hockey, pool, etc. The beds were comfy, the kitchen well equipped, the towels thick and fluffy, and plenty of place to sit, visit, play and catch up! The host was very available and helpful whenever we had a question. We all would highly recommend this rental property.
