This was the worst stay of my travel experience. From the staff to the room condition, from the spider bite to the mildew smell, filthy carpet.

Kiara at the front desk was delightful. She offered to help me if I had noise from the construction. She also helped with my toilet that clogged twice. I'm an elderly petite female that didnt flush anything that shouldn't be. Service at the desk and the small breakfast/ bar area was good. Breakfast food was good.

Staff were friendly and helpful. The hallways were covered in stains and trash. Our room chair had stains all over it as well as overall dirtiness around the room.

The fire alarm went off at 7am and the construction guys were hammer drilling and pounding nails all day. We were never told about this beforehand. The phone and alarm clock and the coffee pot did not work. Staff was nice and polite. Would go back after renovation as the price wasnt bad.

Had to get three different key cards for my room!!! TV didn’t work they said maintenance would come to fix it they never came! Smelled old paint and mildew. Every time we went to fat a new key card they kept saying that’s not room we were supposed to be in! The best thing was the bed it was comfortable and they had nice thick towels

This place needs to be remolded the price I paid was too high for this facility. The water in the sink and the bathtub stayed stopped up the entire visit. The bathtub needs to be replaced too many rust stains. The ac was falling apart. Was woke up early in the morning with a fire alarm that did it for me we packed up and left. Horrible experience

No one greeted us outside as stated, on the third floor carpet needed cleaning. In the room we stayed in maintenance was going on above us. Could not sleep, was not told beforehand this will be going on. We had to check out three hours after arrival. If you like noise and filthy floors this is the place for you. We arrived April fifth left April fifth.
