"We enjoyed our stay. The room was clean and warm on a subzero night in Michigan. The young gentleman was fantastic. He was friendly, professional and went out of his way to find more hot chocolate as we sat with our friends in the lobby for several hours that evening. I wish I wrote down his name. The heating unit in our room 122 sounded a bit like a jet engine getting ready to take off. Not sure if it was because of the subzero temps but we were thankful for heat. I slept fine but my wife struggled a little with the sound. Overall very pleased though!"
