We had no clue there wasn't an elevator, so we had to carry all of our luggage up to the second floor with one of us recovering from shoulder surgery and the other one dealing with hip pain. Then after getting everything up to the second floor room, we saw that the room we were given had not been cleaned from the last person staying there. So then we had to carry everything back downstairs to wait on the person who answered the emergency number to find us a different room. We requested the first floor, but he said they didn't have any. Then we go back up to the second floor and go into the new room. Everything seemed fine and the guy left. But then we realized that the toilet would over flow every time we flushed. So we constantly had to plunge the toilet anytime someone went to the restroom. The next day, we also realized that the door took a very long time to engage the lock. We spoke to the manger and she said she would give us a full refund for both nights since we ended up getting a new hotel for the second night of our stay.
