For tournament fishing like our group somewhere for multiple people to sleep was a big plus for this property also being able to store more than one boat charger batteries, etc. makes this property stand out for fisherman.

Good location and accommodations for our club to fish the state tournament out of Pyne Road Park. Easy access and accessible parking for multiple trucks towing B.A.S.S. boats. Well laid out, clean and comfortable.

Family Trip

We had a really great time. The host was very responsive. This place was good. The walk to the lake is a bit more like a hike which was hard for us with little children and my disabled father in law but we managed. Definitely recommend bringing something to go back and forth to the dock.

Cozy lake cabin

Great cabin and location! Perfect for our group of 10. Lake access and dock perfect for bringing your own boat. Plenty of room to play games and hang out in the house also. The house is adorably decorated and up-to-date, with a fully stocked kitchen to prepare meals. And of course, beautiful West Point Lake in the back yard, as the cherry on top. Hope to be able to return to this property in the future!

Most enjoyable

Very impressive. We had the family there and had a blast. It was so peaceful and very comfortable. We all caught fish off the dock and brought our boat as well. Everything was well maintained and very welcoming. I would definitely come back again. It was wonderful

Convenient stay for out of town work

Brought a crew of 4 guys to stay while working in Franklin. Truly enjoyed the place and appreciated the ability to fish and unwind after work. Much better than being held up in a hotel room. Only drawback was the hike between the house and the dock. I don’t feel that was represented very well in the listing in regards to how steep it was. Pretty sure we will book again in the future when we have another job out that way.

Good retreat for the guys

We had a really good stay- the place had everything we needed- plenty of beds for everyone, a grill, a firepit, we had a nice time with a small group of men from our church (8 of us) to just hang out. The only dilemma had nothing to do with the property, but an issue with the dam, and so the water level, well, there was none- but this was lake wide. Still, that certainly wasnt a fault of the property which was great. We will look to returning next year.

Very nice lake house

I loved the house and it’s location. Property owner is very nice. I wish we had more supplies for our stay. We had to go buy more trash bags, paper towel and toilet paper. This wouldn’t be a problem but we were charged extra for having more than 4 people. It would also be helpful if there were bigger pots and pans for boiling spaghetti noodles or potatoes for a bigger group. Again I loved it and we are making plans for a return trip.

Hill

It was a great place. We all loved it and would love to go again. But the hill to lake and coming back up. It’s hard. I have a pregnant daughter. She couldn’t do it. So if people renting can use golf cart. It would make trip so much better especially if you have elderly people, small children or pregnant women.
