certain food places weren't open even after i check website

When the hotel was renovated they did not put exhaust/vent fans in the bathrooms. Our first room had mold on the ceiling and a musty odor. However, after asking for a new room they quickly upgraded us to a clean room with a lake view. Easy access to the beach for a night walk. They require masks, which is nice. I wish they had a small convenience store open late to get things like milk, cereal, and better snacks for kids then just a vending machine. We did not utilize the restaurants because of social distancing but they did have some live music which seemed nice. Overall, pretty property and great pool.

Very close to everything! Room was nice but could have been a little cleaner.

We stayed here for a big international conference. I had to check out early for a flight and could not get a hold of someone before I left to get a invoice for the stay -- they had a $20 resort fee per day. It took me over a week, 6 phone calls, and 2 voicemails before someone could send me a statement that showed they had made the charge. Someone helped me at the front desk at the lodge, and then sent me to voicemail in the middle of it without any communication. This is unacceptable in my opinion, and has really made this trip a terrible experience. I have yet to receive the receipt/statement as of this review.

The propery is pretty and peaceful. There is, however, a charge eith everything...beach chair, paddle boats, etc. There is even a charge to enter the gardens, even though you are there as a guest of the resort. We had an issue with a charge that needed to be resolved, and I left five messages that were never returned. The customer service leaves a lot to be desired

We weren’t sure why it was called gardens. We came to see beautiful scenery and were very disappointed. We were told we had to see the chapel area, but it was not much more than a muddy pond. There were a handful of flowers in the “gardens”. Huge waste of time. Our sheets smelled like vomit and we had to call twice to request new ones. We ended up changing them ourselves at 11:00 pm. We would not recommend this property.

I really enjoyed the butterfly center. It was beautiful. The room at Mountain Creek could be updated and cleaned a little better, but overall it was a decent enough stay.

Hotel nice & close to resort main entrance. Will stay there again.

very nice layout. too many large pillow on the bed caused sleeping to be difficult. great other than that

Rooms are in desperate need of a facelift. Bathroom was tiny and outer sink area small and old. Noisy air conditioning but at least it worked Staff was nice and friendly

Bed was super comfy and the room was clean. Great location! Bike trails have recently been repaved at Callaway Gardens and the biking is wonderful! The room comes with free admission to Callaway.

Very comfortable but hotel didn't have the restaurant open for breakfast.

The room needed to be painted. The carpet was in terrible condition. Calcium deposits in the faucets and shower heads. Room did not smell fresh, it smelled old and stale. For over $300 per night, I expected better accommodations.

Nice hotel overall and I enjoyed my stay. Staff was friendly and as a runner I loved having access to Callaway Gardens. Beautiful place for a run. The pool was nice but the water too cold. A hot tub would have been perfect. Room rate was good but did not like the additional $15 resort fee per night.
