The staff was extremely nice. The room appeared nice when you first walked in, but it was actually pretty dirty. There was dirt, hair, and sticky places all over the floor. Under the bed was full of dirt and even used q-tips. After touching the sink faucet my hands smelled musty. There were random stains on the walls and hair on the bed sheets. We arrived right at the time for the lobby to close and nobody was there to tell. We left first thing the next morning. On top of all of this I was charged a $50 “deposit” that I was never informed of. After speaking twice with them they have promised it’s voided but will not come off my bank account and I have had to dispute the charge with my bank.

Had a great stay. The General Manager Trent was very kind. It seems like we have seen him working around the clock. Carl and Mary were also great. We will be back.

The receptionist crew was excellent. Checked to make sure the room was ready and what we needed and even helped us with our luggage. (Which was super nice as I was traveling with a couple older ladies.)

First floor can hear every sound from upper floor and side. I could hear a phone getting notifications so clearly that I was scared they were in the room with me. It sounded like elephants were above me. The walls must be paper thin. I left exhausted. One night a guy above me grunted literally until 1am. I called front desk the next day and they said that he had Asperger’s. The next night a herd of elephants checked in and paced back and forth until midnight. Awful experience- I would never stay there again

The check in/ out process was super easy! The staff up front were also great. There was an apparent lady bug infestation in the room, there was probably 100 at the window in the room. They were all over the ceiling, in the bed, the walls. I get it, they’re just ladybugs, but I’d rather not sleep with them.

We had no clue there wasn't an elevator, so we had to carry all of our luggage up to the second floor with one of us recovering from shoulder surgery and the other one dealing with hip pain. Then after getting everything up to the second floor room, we saw that the room we were given had not been cleaned from the last person staying there. So then we had to carry everything back downstairs to wait on the person who answered the emergency number to find us a different room. We requested the first floor, but he said they didn't have any. Then we go back up to the second floor and go into the new room. Everything seemed fine and the guy left. But then we realized that the toilet would over flow every time we flushed. So we constantly had to plunge the toilet anytime someone went to the restroom. The next day, we also realized that the door took a very long time to engage the lock. We spoke to the manger and she said she would give us a full refund for both nights since we ended up getting a new hotel for the second night of our stay.

The staff at this location were absolutely amazing. We were in Lagrange for a family emergency and they were so accommodating, supportive, and helpful.

Staff was very nice, but almost never in the lobby. Room was good. I enjoyed the layout; separate living room, kitchen, and bedroom. The floors were dirty though. They made our feet black after 10 minutes of walking on them. Also found used q-tips under the bed, along with hair, dust, and candy wrappers. Cleaning crew here needs to get it together. Walls are very thin. Overall, not a bad stay, but also not great.

Pet friendly, only problem we had was alot of noise 1st night as college students came in and staff fixed immediately for nights 2-3. Well taken care of by staff. On site manager was amazing! 10+
