"We had a wonderful stay at Jumeirah Jabal Omar Makkah. The hotel is beautiful, luxurious, exceptionally clean, and conveniently located for access to Masjid al-Haram. On our first day, the AC in our room wasn’t working. The staff responded immediately and tried their best to fix it, but when it couldn’t be resolved, they upgraded us to a room that was even larger and better. We truly appreciated how quickly and professionally they handled the situation. The staff throughout the hotel were incredibly welcoming, courteous, and attentive. Their exceptional hospitality made our Umrah experience even more comfortable and memorable. We highly recommend Jumeirah Jabal Omar Makkah and would happily stay here again, Insha’Allah. ❤️"
