The main reason for our rating was it was a cold night outside the facility. The a/c heat was very inadequate. The bed had only a sheet and a light bedcover. No blankets. The heat unit was set at maximum heat of 85 degrees. We checked in about 4 pm. In order to be warm enough in the room I had to plug in an auxiliary heater to enable us to be warm enough until we went to bed. It was still too cold to go to bed so we left it on when we went to bed around 11 pm. The room finally was warm enough for the auxiliary heater to be turned off at about 4 am in the morning. It was about 74 in the room when we checked out at 6:30 Am. The room heater had been running at high fan set on 85 degree heat for 12 hours and with auxillary heat had only brought the temp to 74 degrees????? Not good for winter stay. Unk what summer stay would be like. Staff were friendly but office was closed after about 7 pm and not open until 8 am after we had left. Room was adequate except for bedding with NO blankets. Might consider staying there again but at a different time of year.
