Staff: very helpful and friendly Rooms: Huge!! we had the family room, the rooms was more than enough and very comfortable. we had kitchen, dining area, large bathroom and beds that are comfortable. All the facility in this hotel are new and nice! love the seating area at the roof top. there is laundry downstairs, money changer at the lobby. Transportation: very near to the bus stops, 5 mins walk to the bus station. The nearest train station is about 1km away which is not bad.

Great value for money. Fabulous bathroom with great toiletries. Rooms and furniture need a refurb. Comfy beds. Very spacious suites. In a quiet residential area handy for fushimi inari. No restaurant and local recommended Teppanyaki restaurant didnt want our custom! Found a lovely japanese bbq restaurant instead.

Amenities were excellent at this hotel. Especially if you book yhe executive suite, everything you need is there. Washer/dryer, tub, kitchen. It is a bit away from downtown so you will need to travel by foot or metro to get around.

Rented the presidential suite 501. It was spacious and perfect for our family of four adults. The area is residential and not super convenient to dining options. You can walk to two different transportation lines but we used uber and it was reasonable and comparable in price for four persons. The only thing that could have been better was a thorough cleaning of the carpet and sofa which had stains on it.. Beds were great. Neighborhood is quiet and well priced.

The place is not too close to transportation, but it is quiet, comfortable, easy check in with physical person, and offer coin washer and dryer which is nice. The space for the value is extremely good. Lots of space for family of 4 or 5 in one room.
