    Pasamos una noche y todo excelente

    Pasamos una noche por qué queda cerca del aeropuerto. La atención es muy buena. Cuenta con estacionamiento de autos y un ambiente tranquilo! El único pero es que a las recámaras les falta un poquito de mantenimiento. Pero todo lo demás excelente

    I didn't stay, I was shown to my room which was dirty and smelly. I arrived late after my flight so only security was there to check me in. He was kind and helpful but advised there was no housekeeping to help resolve the issue. l left my keys and booked another hotel

    The only thing i liked about this hotel was the staff, they were all incredible. Especially the lovely lady who moved me to another room 3 times as the ones provided smelled. But in the end i checked out early on my last night as i couldnt take another night of noise and the shower and toilet that didnt have toilet bleach or toilet block so you just smelled urine. There was no open window so the smell, and the air conditioner that blew out all konds of dust and dirt. Overall I spent 6nights in my room bed ridden as my new room was upstairs, and the 2 flights of stares did in my slipped disc. I checked into the ONE Legian Hotel instead, and my god ive checked out and feel amazing ready to travel home. I will be writring a formal complaint to the hotel manager as the pictures advertised are false. So please soare yourselves the dissapointment!!

    This was absolutely amazing for the price. It was clean and the staff was very helpful. They made their best effort to translate with phones when needed. Outside of the hotel was noisy at night, and it was located farther from restaurants and shopping (lots of street vendors though). Overall, we enjoyed our stay!

    ブティックホテル的なこじんまりとしたアットホームなホテルです。賑やかな道路沿いなのですが奥側の部屋にして頂いたからか車やバイクの音は聞こえず静かでした。二階建てらしくバリらしいプールの周りに部屋があるようです。室内は1人で滞在するには十分な広さで2人だと少し手狭に感じると思います。 シャワーを浴びると仕切りがないので真後ろに便器がある為水が当たり前のようにかかります。その辺が気になる方は厳しいかも知れません。水の出は良かったです。私の部屋は洗面台中心に蟻が歩き回っていました。スタッフの方々はフレンドリーでした。

    Clean rooms. Great and friendly staff. Extremely helpful and provides laundry service. A bit of a walk to the nearest shopping mall and dining options. Mostly used grab to get to destinations.

    Best value and clean

    This was the best hotel I stayed at in this region for the price. The only thing I didn’t like was the location because there wasn’t much around it but 200 metre walk and you’ll be on a more populated street with larger restaurants and stores. The pool was clean enough that I actually swam in it so I will definitely return to this hotel in the future. They also allowed me to shower before my flight out when I wasn’t checked into the hotel for a fee which was GREAT!!

    Spacious room with everything you need. The staff were friendly and the breakfast was adequate (not great but it did its job). My only problem with the hotel is trying to arrange airport pickup, they are very unresponsive on emails and were only able to reply and ask to confirm the time when I was already on the plane - clearly too late! My advise is don't bother and order a bluebird taxi to get to the hotel - it's half the price they charge. Overall it was a pleasant stay.

    Great value!

    We enjoyed our stay at The Nyaman Bali! The room was clean, bright and felt new. The hotel was nice and clean overall. I would say the value is really good as the price is very low and the standard is good. I doubt you will find many places like this one. The only minus is that the bathroom smelled funky, and it didnt help to get it cleaned as the smell came back after a while. It didnt bother us much though.
