Nice morning buffet with a wide variety of food. Unfortunately, the food didn’t agree with me and my daughter’s stomach. Needless to say, we made a great use of the lovely bathroom. The staff catered to our needs exceptionally and were also caring and friendly. The accomodation had a reasonable room space. All the facilities kept my family entertained during our stay!

Comfortable, friendly, budget hotel. It's near a lot of shops, supermarkets and eateries. Cheap express or overnight laundry near hotel. Very convenient location. Shuttle was helpful to 2 shopping malls and 2 beaches. Breakfast was ok too.

Fairly decent very friendly budget hotel. Rooms were spacious with tea making facilities. Reception fluent in English. One way shuttle was helpful in going to 3 beaches and 2 shopping malls at 10am and 2pm.Money changers everywhere in Kuta. Food easily available around hotel.

Nice hotel, really good staff very helpful and attentive. The area around seems under construction so that makes going out after dark a bit creepy. Not easy to find transportation as it is on a busy road. Breakfast is average, not kid friendly. Only on the night 3 we realise we can ask for cereal-coco pop only, not anymore any kind and it’s only for kids under 10 and one only. Wouldn’t stay with kids.

Staff were fantastic. Location is poor but that’s on me. I knew where it was when I booked it. Area around the hotel lacked much of anything and with the run down property we opted to abandon our stay there and book another hotel in a better spot.

I stayed here with my 3 children and myself. The staff were beautiful so helpful. My children loved the pool area they loved to feed the fish and turtles. We would just step out side and catch a cab or walk down the road to the markets. Will definitely stay here again.

We had a terrible holiday in the hotel, around the pool the drainage was broken and my daughter’s foot got stuck into that broken one, unfortunately it ripped her toe nail off. We had to go to the hospital to have an operation and get it removed. Upon arrival I was given two rooms with no windows ( was not advertised that they have no windows) which was the first shock, negotiated with the manager who refused completely to offer anything eventhough it’s clearly their fault.( falsely advertised) Had a meeting with Sale Director who offered a King queen room ( only has two twin beds) I was offered a rollaway bed. Mind you my family is 6 people I had to squeeze in this room to move on with our holiday( no money difference was offered to us at all, when I asked for money difference I was told this room is a better room than the standard triple room( please note I paid for two rooms which is definately higher than the room they gave me) What I was really surprised with , at the time of the pool incident they left us there ( daughter was bleeding) they got a lot of workers to change all the broken drains around the pool. During the stay they were a lot of organised student groups who were very noisy and disrespectful ( taking videos of us, knocking the door in the early morning and night and running away) Locals were also taking our stuff from our terrace , using our terrace to sit and smoke at our chairs outside. No cereal for kids except under 4y (find it very weird)

Generally ok. Let down by area, had to pay for the airport shuttle (I’m sure I read if you spend over $250 it’s free!), no local within 5km radius shuttle as advertised, beach shuttle only and when I asked to use it ‘there was no driver so it’s not going’ room was ok. Smelt a bit musty when we first walked in, then air conditioner stopped working and only circulated room air. Pool ok. Area around pool not great. No room to move about. Great location. The hotel is a little run down and could do with some upgrading. The bathroom tiles had mould on them and cracks. Beds werent very comfortable but the rooms were spacious and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Couldnt fault the food. Good price for food and drinks. The pool was great. The rooms arent very sound proof so can be noisy at times.

Hotel linen was not clean, bed had been made but linens were not clean, spa services were not available, shuttle was limited, the room smelt of mildew and ammonia, the area was too far from the main areas of Kuta and the hotel shuttle was not as advertised, was not worth the money we paid, will not be staying there again.

Amazing and budget friendly

We stayed here for 4 nights. The breakfast buffet was great, many options for food including vegetarian. The pool was clean and not too deep either. The actual room was spacious however it could benefit from some renovation. Overall, amazing stay for the price.

Only thing we wasn’t happy with was the air conditioner no matter if it was set to 20 or 18 it didn’t seem to make any difference very hot, sleeping overnight
