Clean sheets and room but the water ran black and was not able to be used. We had to move out. Staff polite enough but overall even though it was cheap to stay there you couldn’t wash your hands or have a shower.

Nothing like the photos on Woif. Great location but couldn't wait to get out. No towels provided although I doubt I would use them as the shower appeared dirty.

Heavy traffic outside all day all night, it wasn’t possible to sleep, rooms are not clean enough, mirrors, shower are dirty. There’re bags and ants in the room As a plus, there’s a refrigerator

I specified 3 beds didn't get 65 yr old mother had to sleep on floor. Had to ask for towels twice in 24hrs we needed 3 they gave us 2, one smelt shocking. Really bad place they don't care at all. We moved out on the second night when we found something else. Didn't get any sort of refund

bad, but we changed to another of their guesthouse

when we checked in there at bemo the room we got the AC wasn't working it was humid and it didn't have windows seating a lot, we asked the stuff to change for us or to get it fix but it took awhile til the next day lucky they got us a fan and changed us to an adjacent guesthouse kuta sari which is better so all in all don't expect much but it is cheap to stay over and the stuff are alright. cheers and have a good one

no frills place but it was clean, cheap, friendly staff, decent location for kuta. stayed here the night before a flight. it was close to many places for food and pretty quiet for its location. though there is probably other places around that might be a bit nicer at a comparable price, this place wasn't bad. what I needed the room for, it was perfect.

Good budget room

Despite not having the facilities of a hotel, i thought for $20 a night the room was comfortable with ac, tea/coffee and international tv and good value. Its a great location near beach, restaraunts and shops like mataharri etc. Friendly staff and would stay again.

Great and very affordable place to stay. Bed was very comfortable and TV surprisingly had lots of cable channels to watch which was nice. Small fridge in the room was a very nice addition. Good and Cheap

Stopped by for a quick overnight stay. Had everything you could need, excellent location and easy to find. Not too far from the airport and right in the heart of Kuta. Recommended if you are looking for budget, private room.
