I stayed for 6 nights at this hotel. From start to finish I felt welcomed and well looked after..
Gosha one of the managers there allowed me to check in a bit earlier as the room was coincidentally ready when I arrived.
Nothing was too much to ask.. I was provided with a hair drier , an iron and a fan (upon request)
The room was clean , spacious and tidy
There were cooking utensils, washing up liquid and a sponge for the dishes.
Toiletries were also provided
The hotel is located 20 mins walk from the city centre , there are 2 very close by tram stations
There are convenience stores and even a little market near by, it's a fantastic location slightly away from the main hustle and bustle but close enough to everything.
I stayed in room 38 on the ground floor, luckily this room is shielded by a lot of trees which makes it very pleasant and it kept it cool during 28-32 degrees weather! The fan also helped ..
I was allowed to store my bag after check out and to use the facilities as well.
When I visit Krakow again I would definitely chose Milestone student living again.
